Small sub-group mercenary team working for Status Quo, specifically the Annex building like we see in MP:N Arena. Team was originally founded by Andre Karter Santana, also known as K-9 who was a mercenary working for the Nevada Central Militia before ultimately settling to working under the Status Quo faction, later hiring an agent called William Fletcher, self-nicknamed B-Dog, as his sidekick.

Shortly after B-Dog, they'd later find a rogue experiment during one of their missions. He was later adopted to the group and named Otto (in reference to a tag on his ear that read O2). Otto was unstable, but oddly tame despite his appearance and pure raw strength. He was of course, handicapped in a way, relying on a makeshift mask as his breathing modules were unfinished alongside being partially blind.

In search of hiring more firepower, K-9 meets Hornet. Not much was known about him, being often bitter and avoidant. Hornet would later be hired but their ways of leading a mission would often clash between him and K-9, even after hiring more hirelings. Speaking of said hirelings, the following were added to the team:

Juito, a past NC Asylum patient who was let go for unknown reasons. Though one would think he wouldn't be the best fighter, unable to wield fireweapons or any guns for that matter. He can swing an axe pretty well.

8-Ball, ex-Vandevice mafioso. Said to have family ties within the faction, left abruptly due to personal reasons he rather not say. Classified as a brawler and skilled fighter for the team.

Hayden, originally an SQ trooper that eventually got tied up into the team. He'd die constantly, causing his body to slowly degrade each time he was re-cloned and put back together. His memory was affected, unable to recognize themselves, but that never got in the way of his lighthearted goofy personality.

Cap'n, joining couple years after the team was settled. A retired MERC captain who'd travel all the way from Nexus City to Nevada Central in search of a nicer life for him and his wife (who at that time was in hiding deep within the nevadean wastelands), Cap'n would work under SQ in the team as additional support.

Viky, ex-MERC scientist/engineer. In means to pursue her own projects in robot engineering they'd have made a lot of enemies within Nexus City and the MERC faction specifically. Meeting their now husband Cap'n shortly after his retirement due to an incident that crippled him, she'd take the opportunity to build aiding prosthetics which during those times they'd gotten close. (had this in the drafts for a few days, figured i'd share it now to give more info about them)

Few things to get clear first before working on a proper description for each of them: - K-9 and Hornet are co-leaders of the team, K-9 originally founded the team but due to Hornet's more strict leadership the hirelings tend to listen to him more. They'd also constantly argue and bicker due to past events that permanently stained things between them. - Hirelings Juito, 8-Ball and Hayden are in a polycule. - Cap'n and Viky are married. - During a time where Viky lived in the nevadean wastelands, she adopted a teenaged bandit named Moss. - B-Dog is Otto's caretaker, Otto doesn't seem to respond as well with the other members other than him. anyways theres a whole lot more to add later, so have this for now :)

First post and it's gonna be Madness related B) Figured these guys would help to break the ice a little (haha) Small arctic faction I've had in the works, still working on their whole concept but I got a few ocs down to make a group and play around with.
