New hard-shading test, feat. tm!Viktor. Inspired by the arts of one of my favorite manga artists, Tomio Ogata (he's known for his work on the Devil May Cry manga: Visions of V).

HERE IT IS! FINALLY! THE STORY SHALL PROGRESS! HAHAHA!

At last! This AU story is back on in-progress status now that the rework is done! And we are close to half of Act 2 already.

This chapter contains angst, tinybomb angst, enforcers being assholes and Caitlyn getting involved in things she probably shouldn't have (very much like her canon-self, I guess LOL).

A bit late to the "the new year, new me" stuff, but here's the new logo for this AU! I tried to make "The Toymaker" writing the most Jinx-looking as I could, as if she wrote it over the canon logo LOL

Heck yeah, more Ekko content from this AU!

Ekko has a Griffon in this AU, that he rescued from a chembaron when it was just a... chick? Puppy? Well, originally, she was called "Mochi", but I recently changed it to "Sunny", because she's now inspired by my cat who passed away last year.

Just like my Sunny was for me, Ekko's Sunny helps him keep his sanity in check and brings more comforting moments. Despite having that grumpy face, she's full of love to give.

She was the first cat I had in my life... I still miss her so much. She was named "Sunny" because it was a very sunny day when I adopted her (Ekko uses the same logic to name his Sunny).

Some random... lineart and expression practice feat. tm!Jinx and tm!Zeri.

In this AU, who got an awaken inner magic has sharp canids, and when they use a lot of their magic, all of their teeth turn sharp. Why? Because I said so LOL.

Update: fixed some details on Jinx's smile that were bothering me.

Hmm… how would a first meeting between Vi and Caitlyn go in the Toymaker AU?

That happens at Act 3, and long story short: Caitlyn, in this AU, becomes an enforcer... forced (no pun intended) by her mother (she has a different mindset from canon because of the stories Jinx and Viktor told her about what they lived and witnessed in Undercity).

When she's sent to work at Undercity, Caitlyn treats the citizens with respect, and she begins to call attention for the wrong reasons.

She goes a few times to a candy shop that Jinx told her that Vander used to buy candies from. But the owner is an ally to the Firelights, soooo...

It's a really bad first meeting.

YAY! FINALLY SOME TM!ZERI CONTENT!

In this AU, Zeri debuts at Act 3, even though they are part of the "main six." That's because their subplot is related to the Chembarons'.

A/N: tm!Zeri prefers to go by them/they. They only feel comfortable being seen as a woman by people they are close to.

Zeri's magic got seriously messed up after the Hexgates Incident due to the strong shockwave of magic energy. They can't feel any strong emotions, or else someone/something will get unintentionally electrocuted (especially if they have some metal). They also can't make their magic stop producing electrical energy; so the Firelights had to find out a way to drain that excess from them, to help Zeri not get overloaded, and also to protect the others.

Their magic created a kind of "protective aura," that Zeri can't get rid of it. But 5 years later, the only person who is able to have physical contact with Zeri is Jinx since she's practically immune to the voltage of their electrical aura.

For the past 5 years, Zeri saw their magic as a curse, but then Jinx entered in their life (at Act 5) to change their mind and help them to fully understand this "gift from the Arcane" they was born with.

I gave tm!Zeri a plot similar to Karlach's and much before Baldur's Gate 3 was released (and I didn't even know the game, too).

tm!Jinx and tm!Zeri's subplot theme song: "Phoenix" by League of Legends, Cailing Russo, and Chrissy Costanza.

Also, yes, ever since Jinx got Arcane talents, she received a physical boost, too. Zeri has the same physical boosts, btw; it's a detail I added for "humans with Arcane talents" in this AU.
