hi so i just want to inform you that i've found another thing that can fit in the skirt pockets and that is a copy of Les Misérables by Victor Hugo, which is so notoriously thick that it's known colloquially by fans as "The Brick" and most copies, no matter the translation, tend to have proportions that reflect that name

i have 2 copies of it and i haven't tested it with the larger one (yet, i'm going to eventually), but the smaller one really is about the size and shape of a brick, and i can fit it in there comfortably and not have it noticeable, which is IMPRESSIVE
