My physician’s name in Hebrew
Hebrew, קֻרָּתּ אֻל־עַיְן אֱלֹהִי, Qurrāt ʾul–ʿẠyən ʾĔlōhiy
The Hebrew rendering is part transliteration and part translation. Like the Arabic ʿay°n (عَيْن), the Hebrew ʿạyən (עַיְן) originally referred to an eye but no longer has that connotation. Both remain names for letters.
However, both the Arabic ⫰ilꞌahiyy (إِلٰهِيّ) and the Hebrew ʾĕlōhiy (אֱלֹהִי) can each be translated as divine or mighty.

Her name in Pashto
It is similar to Persian but not exactly the same, since Pashto uses both the dotted and the undotted yā.

My wonderful physician’s name in multiple languages (for the heck of it)
I am leaving off her own Romanization of her name to protect her privacy. I rendered the following as accurately as I could:
Shahmukhi Punjabi, کُرَرتَ ـ اُل ـ عَینَ اِلَاحِی, Ḱurarta–ʾUl–ʿĒna ʾIlāḥí
Gurmukhi Punjabi, ਕੁਰਰਤ–ਉਲ–ਏਨ ਇਲਾਹੀ, Kurarta–Ul–Ēna Ilāhī
Urdu, کُرَرَّتَ ـ اُلَ ـ عَینَ اِلَاحی, Ḱurarrata–ʾUla–ʿĒna ʾIlāḥí
Hindi, क़ुर्रत–उल–ऐन इलाही, Ka़urrata–Ula–Aina Ilāhī
Bengali, কুরাত উল আইন ইলাহি, Kurāta Ula Āꞌina Ilāhi
Iranian Persian, قُرَه اُلعَیْن اِلَهِی, Qurah ʾUl•ʿAý°n ʾIlahí
Dari Persian, قُرَه اُلعَیْن اِلٰهِی, Qurah ʾUl•ʿAý°n Ilꞌahí
Tajiki Persian, Қуротул Айн Илоҳӣ, Kurotul Aýn Ilohī
Soranî Kurdish, قورَات اول عَیْن ئیلَاهْیِیهٓ, Qurāt ʾul ʿAý°n ⫯Ĩýlāýiýe

Infallibility versus Inerrancy
Many people conflate inerrancy (Arabic, عَدَم دِقَّة, ʿadam diqqaẗ, “an absence of accuracy”) with ʿiṣ°maẗ (Arabic, عِصْمَة) or maʿ°ṣūm (Arabic, مَعْصُوم), usually translated as “infallibility." In both cases, infallibility is: purity, stainlesssness, innocence, or roughly sinlessness, not inerrancy.
The confusion might arise from Protestant denominational dominance in certain Western countries. However, those two Arabic words, from the same Semitic root (ʿ–ṣ–m), approximate Roman Catholic ex cathedrā and some classical Shi`ite (Arabic, شِيعِيّ, Šīʿiyy) theologies on the infallibles (Arabic, المَعْصُومُنَ, ʾal•maʿ°ṣūmūna).
Similarly, ‘Abdu’l-Bahá, in His Will and Testament, refers to the infallibility of the Universal House of Justice as a protection from committing a (moral) misstep or blunder (Arabic, خَطَأ, ẖaṭ⫯a; nominative tense, خَطَأٌ, ẖaṭ⫯a•uṇ) but not from making the inevitable human errors in mere fact.

Infallibility? Again?
Yeah, sorry. One addition:
‘Abdu’l-Bahá, in His Will and Testament, refers to infallibility as protection from a (moral) misstep or blunder (Arabic, خَطَأ, ẖaṭ⫯a, or in the nominative tense, خَطَأٌ, ẖaṭ⫯a•uṇ).

Infallibility vs. Inerrancy
Many people conflate ʿiṣ°maẗ (Arabic, عِصْمَة) or maʿ°ṣūm (Arabic, مَعْصُوم), usually translated as “infallibility,” with inerrancy. IMO, that is a result of the dominance of Protestant Christian ideas in some Western countries.
However, those two Arabic words, from the same Semitic root (ʿ-ṣ-m), come closer to the Roman Catholic concept of infallibility (or the classical Shi`ite view). In that context, infallibility is purity or stainlesssness, not inerrancy.
