The secret to how these winners increased their odds of winning the lottery twice

Twice in a million! New York winner Bruce Magistro won a $1 million prize twice in a 4 year period.

If it happened once, that would not be very interesting. But if it happened twice, then you would start to sit up and take notice.

I'm talking about winning the jackpot or other large prizes twice. Or the same numbers coming up again.

Despite it being a 1-in-a-trillion probability, this happened for some lucky lottery players in Israel. The same 6 double-digit balls were drawn in the national biweekly lottery draw.

This happened twice in less than a month.

The Miphal HaPayis state game picked 36, 33, 32, 26, 14, 13 and the "strong number" 2 as the winning combination.

And amazingly the same first six numbers had been picked in exact reverse order and won the lottery on September 21. The only difference was the "strong number," which determines the first prize jackpot.

Anyone who played those six numbers on both dates won big -- twice.

Well, that's certainly unusual, but nothing compared to how some winners beat the odds. I'm talking about lotto winners and the way that some of them win large prizes twice. You could too.

For example:

- A woman who won $1 million playing a Pennsylvania Lottery won ANOTHER million on the same game in the same year.

- Pennsylvania lottery officials said other winners have experienced lucky streaks. A Carbon County man won four times, collecting over $2.5 million in the late 1980s and '90s; and a husband and wife separately won replica Pocono pace cars in the Pocono Race for the Riches game in 2000.

- In Australia a 70-year-old Taree grandfather who had already won $1 million in lotto was one of three winners sharing in the game's First Division prize of $500,000.

- And in Ireland, for the second time in eight years, a group of 33 colleagues from the Clonmel Nationalist newspaper traveled to Dublin to collect their Lotto winnings. In October 1993, the syndicate won £400,000, but in 2001 they more than doubled their winnings to £1m. Each member won £30,303.

- In my country (New Zealand), a Rotorua couple celebrated the end of an extraordinary year, having won two major lottery prizes in 2005.

The more I looked, the more common it was... these are just the tip of the iceberg.

The lucky double wins just go on and on. You can see similar results by Googling "lotto win twice."

There is a common factor between all these regular wins. As you know, many Silver Lotto System players win frequently. My own tally over the years has been 80.3% win rate, and is now over 98%.

How to increase your lottery winning chances with this simple go-no-go tip

Many years ago, I found myself sitting on an uncomfortable canvas seat in noisy semi-darkness, hemmed in by large cargo containers held securely with canvas straps. In the gloom I could make out the faces of several others, asleep in their seats.

I was on a Hercules C130 air force aircraft, bound for the Antarctic. Outside the windows was an eerie twilight. I could see unusual cloud formations as they whisked past underneath.

We had been flying for many hours, and I twisted and turned in my unyielding seat, trying to get some sleep.

Then, out of the darkness a finger beckoned.

I had been invited to visit the cockpit.

Up the ladder I climbed, into the small cockpit festooned with dimly lit instruments and colored flashing lights. The pilots nodded at me and the navigator beckoned me to sit down on a fold-down seat beside him. He explained what he was doing.

At this moment he had just finished calculating their fuel requirements for the no-go point.

This no-go point was a crucial part of the flight... once we passed it, he said, we could not return to base on the fuel we had. We would have to continue on, regardless of weather, engine failure or anything else too scary to contemplate.

Most of us have a no-go point of some kind... where we won't spend past our limit.

I often get emails from Silverites (buyers of my System), asking how much they have to spend in order to win their lotto game.

There is no such thing. You can spend as little as $10-15 a game with my system, and still have an excellent chance of winning. Or you might have to spend more to see results.

So my point is simple...

You can play cheap. But to get real results you need to go beyond your no-go point.

Now, I happen to know that this point - for many people - is too low. Most are happy to spend $10 a game. And for this they expect to get the number of prizes and odds that I do.

They might, but don't bank on it.

Here's the main secret for getting more out of your no-go point:

Use the right game...

The LOWEST number of balls and numbers should be your aim. I play a 6/40. That's 6 balls with 40 numbers. It's the best there is, according to this chart. As your numbers get higher, you're going to have to spend more to compensate for the higher odds.

I was at the lotto store counter this week, and I asked the pleasant cashier what was the highest amount spent by a customer on one game. She scratched her head and thought a second.

"Umm, I would have to say $300 was the highest I've ever seen in many years," she said. "Most people only spend a lot when the game gets bigger."

She was talking about the $25 million Powerball we had going. Even then, she said, $15 was the most that people spent. And they usually played a QuickPick.

There's your answer. You are competing against unskilled players spending $15 maximum and who only play the big jackpot games.

The answer is to go against the crowd... spend more and play every game - not just the Big Jackpots.

And if you have very little money to play each week, save it up for 4 weeks. Then put it all down on one game after a month. Your odds will be vastly improved that way.

By the way, we landed safely at Scott Base - on skis - in one of the most exciting landing strip touchdowns I've ever experienced.

5-5-5-5 Hits In Pick 4 Drawing, With Multiple Top-Prize Winners

We’re gearing up to pay lots of prizes after today’s Pick 4 midday drawing!

The winning numbers in the drawing were 5-5-5-5, and because duplicate combinations are always popular in the game, there were a lot of big winners.
