俗話說：伸手不打笑臉人。 上班一個多月來，第一次七點之後下班。 因為六點下班時，同事把我從未做過的一個工作塞給我。 學習心重的我，打算忍著四點就餓扁了的肚子，跟它拼了。 大致做完後，被冷眼冷語了一頓，但我依舊開心。 因為我有點奇怪。 我一直用「五年內我會變成接班人」的心態在學習每件事。 多開口說請、謝謝、對不起。 我可以截長補短，了解每位員工的優缺點。 也許以後我不會每個工作都要負責，但每個工作我都要會。 回應上次菜鳥準時下班的文章 就是沒效率才無法準時下班。 因為四點時我拿到一份組長都覺得要花一整個下午才做得完的工作，我卻花了一個半小時就做完了。連他都驚呼：這麼快！ 其實 真的專注，時間過得快，任務也就能順利達成。 人手不夠就要多聘用人。 少點抱怨與負向情緒 多點享受與正向情緒 你會很喜歡工作的！ 當然，每個人都有權利選擇自己的工作型態！ 當不喜歡、不適應的時候就是要改變。 如果不改變，不就像連掛在脖子上的餅都不轉過來吃，卻一直喊好餓一樣的道理嗎？
