So I had this crazy ass dream the other night…
Before I get into the dream, I want to mention that I had just recently lost the best dog you could ever imagine. For those of you who know me, you know that Rudy has been my best friend since I was 13 years old. I’m 24 now and to think of how much someone can mature from being a young teenager to a young adult, I still think of the times on how much my dog has helped me mature into the person I am today. I will always cherish the good times we’ve had together and I understand that God has placed him in a much better place.
So as a few months go by from having to put him down, I come home from work and decided to take a nap in between shifts. Once I fell asleep, I woke up; well at least it felt like it. I’ve always heard of lucid dreaming but never thought I’d experience it myself. There is no way I can make this up, but I legit woke up staring at my body sleeping on the couch in my work clothes. I knew I was awake but I also new the physical part of my body was asleep. As I was awake in the dream everything looked normal around the house. The only difference was that everything, visually, looked greyish.
So I’m exploring my house and nothing weird is happening, its almost like I was just walking around like any other day. But then I heard footsteps walking around the corner from where my hallway is. Sure enough, I see my dog Rudy when he was in his prime. The moment I saw him I started crying. I was in too much of a shock to know what it was I was experiencing exactly. It was just so refreshing to me to him when he was healthy. The whole experience lasted for only a short period of time before I woke up.
Once I woke up, I knew that putting him down wasn’t the time I’d ever seem him again and I can’t wait to be reunited with him.
Rest easy Rudy!

My Current Situation
So peep this out… 2017 was a hell of year. I was the first in my immediate family to graduate with a bachelor’s degree from ASU. I completed my certification for personal training. Also was able to land a position as head trainer at Psychosomatics first phoenix location.
For 2018 I want to share my success, failures, ideas and thoughts. Just as a way to vent out and maybe get some feedback on shit I might be going through. I’m looking at it as more of a public journal for people to check out.
So to all my friends and family, come check out all the dope shit I plan on doing this year! To others I might not have spoken to in a while, you’re more than welcome to see what I’m up to as well!!
