happy 2024!

i'm still a bit inactive with the blog but from time to time I still answer your questions.

this post is to wish you a happy 2024 and that in this year you reach to be your best version and keep focusing on yourself. if you have faith in the process many of your goals and desires can come to fruition.

remember the importance of working on yourself and stop worrying and let things flow.

these are very important habits that we must continue to maintain:

daily movement

a varied, nutritious and healthy diet

a few moments of meditation every day

reading (especially personal growth)

writing in a diary (this for me is very useful and fundamental)

drink lots of water

cultivate a positive mentality

less social media and more time outdoors

i know I always give the same tips but they really work and are the key to a healthy and balanced life.

also remember not to force anything, things come when they have to come and in times of uncertainty always think the best of each situation and that you are doing well. and if a goal has not been fulfilled or something is late, the time will come, cultivating patience is also a very important habit today as we live in a society where everything is immediate and that is not always positive.

i still have a lot more to say but i do it when i am inspired or i really feel i have to convey something. thanks to all the people who have supported me this year.

I have no energy to argue. I’m okay with being misunderstood. I’m not going to keep repeating myself and I refuse to fix every little disagreement. Everyone will not hear you, nor are they interested in hearing you and I’ve learned to be okay with saving my energy and not putting it towards negativity.

I like calm men. Men who don’t shout or break things when they’re mad. Men who tell you exactly how they feel. Men who communicate. Men who talk you in a gentle, low voice telling you what made them mad or what you did wrong, but never blame you and make you feel bad about it.
