Did three snatch ladders today after seeing rich wanted to give it a shot. The video is the last ladder well under 4minutes weight was 215, 225, 235, 245, 255. The last snatch is 265 soon after. Shoutout to my boy @tsanami02 for the edit! Got some good overhead work in yesterday knocked out 3RFT 5 power snatches @155, 200m run, 15 overhead squats @155 I put a 10 minute cap on myself and finished in 9:58 good one everyone give it a go!
