Digimon review-
The adventures of seven kids stranded in a bizarre world populated by digital monsters. The franchise focuses on the eponymous creatures, who inhabit a "Digital World", a parallel universe that originated from Earth's various communication networks.
I can relate this to my own animation work with the use of the characters and their personal creatures that they tame and look after.

Equimon-
Recently created Anime-based cartoon in Adobe Photoshop and then using a better production microphone for the audio. Equimon is about a character who is challenged in a battle using their Equimon animal pets.

Skye Kelly Barrett- Barrett’s work is extremely block coloured and most of the work is based on singular objects which are repeated and spread out in patterns.
I can relate this to my own animation work with the colour schemes and Japanese related style.

Dan Mumford review- Mumford uses very block colours with his graphic style in movie posters and scenes, he usually has only two or more colours in his art depicting the enemies or main characters and showing a wider range of block colour showing where the main characters would be with their backs facing the audience. I can use the idea of block colour with the characters in my animation showing more soothing colours as the possible protagonists and more sickly or unsettling colours for the antagonist characters.

Animation Background-
The first image shows the original scene creation before editing, then the second image shows when I began to use the fading brush tool and fade in the grass so when i added my equimon characters, it would look right. The final shot shows when i got rid of and faded out the windmills in the sky to make the scene look right for my characters.
This is a simple scene shot where in the animation, it shows my equimon creatures both about to fight, facing each other.

Shinto-
Shinto is a polytheistic belief system involving the veneration of many deities, known as kami. The Japanese language makes no distinction between singular and plural, and hence the term kami refers both to individual kami and the collective group of kami.
