ok now i’m thinking about selena’s speech at the rep tour, she said taylor never judged her but was always there for her…the amount of times that trash bag broke selena’s heart into pieces, the amount of times she wrote gut wrenchingly sad songs about their endless breakups, but taylor always stood by being so proud of her progress and waited for selena to realise things on her own until she was finally free. watching her crying and clapping for the heart wants what it wants performance made me think of taylor and her mom crying over the lose you to love me video, and how a lot of friends just roll their eyes and get so tired of watching a friend be in that kind of relationship. she really stuck by her side all those years and i just LOVE THEM
