for every scene that dean punches sam there’s an excuse from the fandom. “well he deserved it, he was talking bad about their family”, “he deserved it, he wouldn’t listen”

however in this scene it’s different. sure people are still going to say “but he was soulless it didn’t matter” or that dean had every right to be mad, sure he did, but he didn’t just hit him once or twice, he beat him to the ground. he wasn’t just trying to knock him out, he beat him past the point of bleeding, and i’m tired of people saying this wasn’t abusive behaviour. this is NOT normal sibling behaviour it’s abuse. i can never not wonder how he was able to look the person he cared about most in the eyes asking for help, only to do that. a lack of soul doesn’t make it any less sickening and sad.

If you can't handle your favourite character being called a horrible person, whether it is canonical or not, you probably shouldn't be on the internet. You probably shouldn't be in fandom whatsoever.

I swear, some of you watch the show blindfolded with earplugs in. It's obvious (from as early as the first couple episodes) that Dean feels entitled to Sam, and will stop at nothing, mortality be damned, to make sure it stays that way.
