"There's no such thing as a fish because you can't define it phylogenetically without also including things that aren't fish"
Man I have bad news for you about lizards. And reptiles in general. And wasps, but I guess that depends on your opinion on wasps. And I don't think you're ready for trees.
Lol, I haven't been to the dentist in A While because I keep forgetting or don't feel like calling to make an appointment but now the dentist office themselves called me because it has been so long. Guess that saves me the anxiety of calling XD
Rereading my thesis as I have to write assignments about it for a different course and at one point I describe how the distinction between game genres isn't as clear cut as would be ideal in scientific research. To illustrate this point I then note how some modern RPGs tend to have many action elements and from all the games I could have named as an example I chose Final Fantasy XV (because of course I did) and Tales of Arise (aka the game I hadn't played at the time of writing but ended up buying a few months later because during my research I found out the main character sounded like Noctis and the game looked fun).
I guess what I am trying to say is that I find it funny how this is a very scientific and therefore neutral text but at the same it still has very clear traces of me as a person in it
saw a grown woman on tiktok snidely calling gen z the christopher columbus generation bc someone’s fifteen year old son ‘thought he’d discovered weezer’. newsflash every generation finds out about the music of the previous generation at some point it comes free with being fifteen. being annoying about music also comes free with being fifteen. a kid saying yeah i’ve just found this band nirvana have you ever heard of them should be a thing of joy
'you still listen to music from 10 years ago 🤨?' bitch if prehistoric humans had audio recording technology id be sat up here listening to grog and unga bunga's greatest hits don't play with me
“average person eats 3 spiders a year” factoid actualy just statistical error. average person eats 0 spiders per year. Spiders Georg, who lives in cave & eats over 10,000 each day, is an outlier adn should not have been counted
