Decided not to wait to resume. Going to do it now.

Adding more to learn. That'll be learning C, PL/SQL, Oracle SQL and some Excel. I'll be taking Ocean Studies this semester. Don't know how to prepare for that one so...I'll just get a random book on the ocean and eat it I guess

End of the Month

Just finished my FAFSA just a minute ago. Going to work and then get home and...play warcraft I guess. Pausing my PL/SQL studies until classes start

Got Accepted.

Classes start in May. Next step is getting there and meeting with someone. Only issue is...I get off when the offices close and they're also closed on the days I'm off so that's nice.

For studying I covered basic loops. Now for the others which is while loops and for loops.

Just re-applied to start taking classes again. Going to try and finish what I started all those years ago.

I finished learning about PL/SQL case statements and searched case statements. Now I'll be moving on to loops

Worked on ELSIF statements next is CASE statements. Will probably practice sometime this week.

Got too tired to finished but worked on ELSE IF statements and basic anonymous blocks because I forgot how to lay them out. Might refresh more tomorrow if I'm not exhausted.

Today I studied bind variables and how to execute them. By Friday I'm going to practice them again along with everything else I learned by the end of the week. Only variable I was taught so far was named bind variables. I know nothing of precision variables yet. Maybe they'll teach that to me in the future. I don't know. I'll try to look more up on it later.

August 14th, 2023 | Finished notes on ERDs from a database website. In my last hour I ended up reading the first chapter of my Data Modeling book. At first when I read it I was confused and took too many notes on it. Now I'm more sure of my notes and condensed them. I crossed out so much irrelevant information lmao. Whole pages crossed out because the author went "this is beyond the scope of this book" or something else. I'm confident I can tackle this book now. Going to try a new recipe later I found today hope I do well
