Yesterday I almost made a very permanent choice for a temporary situation. It was a combo of panic at losing my vision, my chronic pain getting worse, the potential for having diabetes but not having access to get to a doctor, and my mental health just really declining because of it all. Last night I had a dream that I needed to get things together because something big was coming my way, and Lord Malphas and Lady Astaroth were here to help me. Today, I talked to a good friend, and found a career path in psychology might be good for me, started auditing some classes and looking into colleges. I have an urge to stop smoking and less desire to all together. An urge to drink more water, and a desire to drop soda all together. An urge to eat healthier and even work out. I picked up my guitar and was able to have better dexterity with it for the first time in a long time. I've started to write a song of devotion to Lady Astaroth who has made it clear she is sticking around. I might not be able to focus on magic workings at the moment, but that does not mean my gods have abandoned me. In fact, they have Lord Malphas and Lady Astaroth have been blessing me while I cannot bless myself. For this I am grateful.

Demon of the Day: Malphas

I figured we would start this off with my patron demon, Lord Malphas.

Rank: President, General, Second in command under Satan Legions: 40 under his command Color: Light Blue Tarot: 3 of Swords Plant: Marigold Planet: Saturn Metal: Lead Element: Air Zodiac: 10-14 Degrees of Libra Appearance: Malphas is a demon who is described as appearing as a raven with gray wings and a blue aura, or a tall tanned man with gray wings, dark hair and blue eyes. No matter his appearance he always speaks with a gravely hoarse voice. Jobs: He is known for building on the astral, whether tall towers or cathedrals and walls, he can also teach the worthy student to protect themselves on the astral. He can also be called upon to bring down enemy strongholds. He is also known for granting familiars. Offerings: Malphas is well known for accepting any offering freely given to him but will deceive a conjurer if they come at him in a dominating way. My Experience: Lord Malphas is a wonderful demon for people working with demons for the first time. He is gentle and stern, protective but will also let you make mistakes to help you learn. To me he has always appeared as a tall man with long black hair and contrary to popular mythology about him red eyes, however his strong light blue aura is always visible. He gives off a true fatherly vibe. He has granted me a familiar and helped me build a sacred area in the Astral plane. I have always approached him with respect, and he has never shown me deceit, or any malice.

Look. I'm not saying demons like Lord Malphas know how to take down Egregors well, What I am saying is that he is known for revealing the weaknesses and desires of your enemies and bringing them down. What I am saying is if every witch invoked his energy to target certain people, we could make a difference. What I am saying is Lord Malphas is vastly over looked alot despite him being a demon of protection and destroying your enemies. In other news, If you need his sigil its this!
