Mastery Journal
The final class set the expectations high for success. Each class is designed to prepare students for the future and gain experience with the clients or future employers. Over the past 12 months, I tried not to expect anything and prepared myself for all obstacles. This month specifically had me on the edge of my seat. Moving forward with my client, we have created a dynamic social media plan. We conducted all the research in time, had the meetings and even created new opportunities. To not only apply these new techniques to day to day tasks but the overall business model. Allowing us to develop not only social media plans but navigate the information through the entire 12 months. Giving us the advantages to continue to work at a pace that suits the client needs and fans as well. This includes research on the main target audience all the way to marketing for commercial placements. Our entire purpose is to take music online sales to the next level. Creating insight, we know what people were looking for and can tailor the products to their liking. This month showed us that details matter and based on this allows us to make informative decisions. Social media has a mind of its own with marketing tactics gathered from this month's lessons to the live in field training helped me understand how valuable time is and where it should be placed. Understanding there is a large variety of options in the field of entertainment. Every marker we made this month only serves to advance the interests of our clients, enabling them to run his business without stress. Not only is the information from this month helpful, but it creates a sense of peace when trying to put the pieces together. Social media can become very effective when used properly.

MASTERY JOURNAL
This month, at Full Sail University we focused on reputation management strategies. I want to explain and show how intriguing this information is upon learning it. My goals before this class was to understand how to improve my research skills while also learning more about planning. This includes relevant things like crisis management, reputation awareness, search engine optimization & more. My capstone project keeps me working in the music industry with an upcoming music producer named Raw Beats. After learning all these new concepts, my perspective has changed. Drake and Kendrick Lamar are perfect examples both have labels and fans to please. While selling records is a huge goal for the industry to achieve, record sales can increase from rap beef. Creating crisis management issues on each end. My thought is that this was probably orchestrated to sell records. My goal in the industry is to apply the skills I learned to help cultivate brands. While studying all aspects of entertainment, this knowledge of guiding search engine optimization can be useful in a number of ways. While already being prepared just in case a crisis like the Drake situation is to arise. The people online are saying he is a culture vulture like the (Amen Brother Podcast, 2024). This can be very bad in a public relations setting. This includes declining sales, a drop in live performances, and more. My goal was to learn to navigate issues like this before they arise. Learning when to respond, how to write effectively, social media engagement and much more. Videos of Drake have arrived online and it does not look good. Having the perfect team in place like a communications manager or a legal advisor being in place to sue for defamation or other concerns can help narrow how to solve these issues. Creating a atmosphere safe for new clients and fans while being prepared for the worst scenarios.
