Picture taken of scene where Sandra Bland allegedly “hung herself”, moments after the body was “found” was just released. And of course, no one is buying it.

Police are claiming that Sandra took the trash bag out and tied it to the partition on her shower, and then used it to hang herself with.

Problems with this explanation:

Trash bags/cans are not allowed in jail cells because any lose items are considered a danger to the inmates. If it’s not bolted down to the floor, it’s basically not allowed in a cell

If the police are right and the picture was “taken right after the body was found with no changes made to the scene” then why did they replace the trash bag?

The bag she allegedly used was a “black industrial sized” trash bag, which was not only unlike the white one shown above, but it wouldn’t have been strong enough to hold up her body

The partition she “hung herself” from is shorter than her. Sandra was a little over 6 ft, and the partition was about 5 ft.

There were no lacerations or bruises on her neck consistent with a hanging.

i know you hate benitez but cristiano was wrong today, you can't scream at your manager no matter what. imagine if he did that to ancelotti, what would you say then?

Benitez has been testing Cristiano’s patience since day 1, he didn’t come to Real Madrid with respect and willingness to get along with the players, he came to demonstrate his authority, practice his absurd methods and carry out Perez’s orders. He promised heavy rotation for everyone, he tried to push Cristiano out of his favourite position because Bale wants to play there too, he tried to put him in midfield, he refused to name him as the best player in the world, he trivialises his achievements and compares him to players that are not on his level, etc., so essentially, he’s doing something to undermine Cristiano, at least slightly, every single day. I agree that managers should be respected, but respect is earned. They are not primary school children, Benitez doesn’t get to pick on them in class, put them in detention and send them to the principal’s office. They are all grown men, experienced professionals who have achieved great things in their careers, and when you come into a club to coach these players, you need to be able to understand them and show them respect too, or it’s never going to work out. And Cristiano would have never done this to Ancelotti, because Carlo never undermined any of his players, because he listened to them, understood them and worked with them, and most importantly, because there was mutual trust and respect between the manager and the players. And if the manager doesn’t trust or respect his players then the players will not trust or respect him. 

Furthermore, what Benitez is doing is a desperate attempt to establish himself as an innovative coach, to succeed by doing something he’s never done before, and cement his name as one of the greats. But this is never going to happen because his idea of innovative is outrageous and detrimental to the team. Being innovative is working on unexpected formations, new tricks, improving set pieces, working on offside traps, building new partnerships within the team, etc. And deciding that Bale will be Real Madrid’s best player, undermining Cristiano, focusing so much on inventing new fitness exercises, showing them youtube videos in the evening and forcing them to hit the crossbar instead of scoring goals is not innovative. He may as well force them to play tennis during training or take them on a fishing trip and assess their abilities based on how much fish they catch, that will be just as productive.
