A. How would you describe your Math 3 second quarter learning journey?
I would describe my Math 3 third quarter learning journey, well, definitely tough. This quarter was for sure not easier than the previous ones, if anything, it felt like the difficulty of the last two quarters combined (like a red and blue fusing to create a hollow purple).
The topics of Quarter three, which were entirely logarithms, weren't really impossible to understand, but the sub topics that came from it definitely increased the complexity of the topic. But overall, I鈥檇 say I had fun, since it was mostly really just one topic split into different variations of the topic.

B. Which topic did you find most enjoyable?
If memory serves me right, it would be converting logarithms to exponential form, a basic concept of logarithms.
Why?
Well, the way I see it, it was easy to understand right off the bat, converting is essentially the base topic of logarithms or any math topic in that case. So yeah, the topic itself was straightforward which is why it made it so enjoyable for me. (I was playing on easy mode)

Funny that this is the only image with color in the blog.
I know it's already been a month or two since this project but.. Man oh man is it one of my best work of art ever.
I may not have gotten perfect on it but, this project was fun to make. I love these guys. Adding it to the blog because why not.

C. What concepts did you find easy to learn?
The easiest concept of logarithms to learn for me was definitely simplifying logarithms. All you really need to do is memorize the product, quotient, and power rules, then simplifying logarithms becomes easy as cooking an egg. Like, not only do you just remember the ingredients but you also have to understand the ingredients you know, then and only then does the cooking process become easy. "ITS JUST TOO EASY"

D. What concepts did you find most interesting/inspiring?
Honestly....
I do not get that question at all. I mean, math as a whole already interests me (even though I'm absolute WATER at it) and in a sense it's also inspiring because there are certain topics that do apply to real life scenarios. And when it comes to quarter three, logarithms, I think the topic of finding logarithmic function value would be interesting...? I don't really know, but I just find it interesting because of how easy this topic was at the time when I first learned it. That's really my only reason as to why T-T.

Exercise 12...
sheesh, would you look at that. I think I improved? Not too sure. but I got perfect on this activity apparently. (I remember that I had to double check with my friends numerous times bruh)

E. What concepts have you mastered most?
I can say with (little) confidence, that I've mastered simplifying logarithms the most. Like I mentioned previously, it鈥檚 just as easy as cooking an egg. And because I also had a math tutor during some days, who taught me the basics of logarithms, I became confident in simplifying and breaking down logarithmic expressions. Confident by just a little. Just a little.

F. What concepts have you mastered the least?
To that I answer, graphing of logarithms. Without a doubt, graphing logarithms is the topic I mastered the least because of how hard it is for me to understand. On a personal note, it鈥檚 because I鈥檓 not particularly good at graphing, it鈥檚 definitely one of my prominent weaknesses in mathematics.聽 And in this example (which is also part of exercise 4.6 from the texbook), the longer I look at my answer, the more I'm starting to think this answer is wrong, whoops.

Exercise 4.6
An exercise I submitted just the other day, specifically numbers 56 and 50 (from the math textbook). To be perfectly honest I'm not really sure if I'm even right in these questions.

note to sir:
Sometimes in class, when I look at sir Joseph, I don't see sir at all, instead I see Toji Fushiguro.
Sir's build and stature perfectly matches the sorcerer killer's build. You cannot change my mind about that
Or I'm just high. and "you might be right.. YOU'RE SO RIGHT!"

note to my classmates:
They're all clearly better at math than me, especially Joseph and Louie.
Both of them are in a whole different league when it comes to math.

As always, in my life here in PISAY, there was always a common occurrence with the third grading.
Quarter three has always been the most tense quarter for me, and math is just another additional weight to that tension. The topic, logarithms, was an interesting challenge.
While some of its subtopics were tough, I discovered the connections between the topics. This quarter tested my problem-solving skills, and put my mind to the test as always, and I鈥檇 say it was worth it.
