      Hey everyone! This is a new Matsumoto Rangiku roleplayer blog, so it seems like this kind of post spreads faster so I’d appreciate it a lot if you could reblog this & also I hope we can start to write together as well!

A personal headcanon is that the tables are turned when Hitsugaya ages, and he finds ways to antagonise Matsumoto too, and not just vise versa.

Jun almost wanted to stuff the folder of papers he had behind them, a grin forming on his face that was most definitely guilty. “Ah, no, I am…” he said, lifting the folder up. He was only following his captain’s orders to take them there. No personal vendetta against Rangiku. He hated paperwork as much as the next guy. 

He plodded into her office, “They don’t have to be returned until next week though so….it’s not like you’ll have to do them tonight” 

   Rangiku knew it was not personal. But yet, why the heck did Soul Society needed so many papers anyway? That was ridiculous. A sigh of conformation echoed through her lips as the other began to stutter and his visage twisted in an expression that looked more like guilt. He had no choice, and she was not going to leave that office before nightfall. Maybe she should make some tea ( since if Tōshirō found any traces of sake she would not leave that office until the next day ), at least that was the threat she remembered.

WANTED TO SAY hello but thinking that it might feel somewhat awkward or weird to just approach her out of nowhere or she might think he was a weirdo and oh, COULD HE NEVER BE able to live with such a thoughts.

       ❛ Oh, then you finally decided to approach, Shūhei~ ❜ A giggle escaped the lieutenant’s lips as with her right hand, she brushed a strand away of her visage. ❛ You looked like you were sick there, you know? Like you were going to throw up at any moment or something. ❜ Rangiku teased him again. She knew he was not the sociable type, yet she was already used to having that kind of company. Being honest, she would not be able to have fun in the same way with the other types. 

      ❛ I already have my captain to keep repeating this to me all the time, you know? ❜ A sigh. Pulling her hands back a little, she leaned back in a dramatic gesture of exhaustion before proceeding.  ❛ I really don’t know how he can only think about working all the time, is he even human? ❜ Turning her gaze at the other again, she raised one eyebrow ( leaving her complaints aside for a moment ).

any lasting injuries from combat ?

Rangiku suffered a severe injury to the right side of her stomach when hit by Aion’s attack, a creature created from the sacrifice of the left arms of the Arrancars Mila Rose, Sun-Sun and Apache, nearly causing her death but no scar was caused thanks to Orihime. -- Rangiku also suffered a neck injury during their fight against Bazz B, soon thereafter suffering from zombification by Giselle Gewelle, but her life was saved by kurotsuchi.

( 散髪 ) HAIRCUT

    Seventeen months after Aizen's defeat, Rangiku sports a new hairstyle, It is rather short, which differs a lot from her usual style. But this was not just a change of look. For her, cutting her hair so drastically and differently was also a way of leaving the past behind, as if every strand of her hair carried all the pain and mourning that made her chest weigh so heavily. Everyone was moving on. Tōshirō followed his own way of going forward, doing his best to become stronger. Even Hinamori had moved on, so it was her turn to do the same. A fresh start. A way to assure herself that she was moving on and that there was no turning back. An attempt to return to her old self and continue alongside her captain and division.
