I am a mother of six children—four boys and two girls—living in Gaza under conditions that no one should ever have to endure. War, destruction, and rising prices have turned our daily life into a constant struggle. All I want now is to be able to provide the basic needs for my children.

Life has become unbearable. There is not enough food, no consistent access to clean water or electricity, and medicine is often out of reach. Sometimes I cannot even afford bread or keep my children warm. I feel alone in a world that seems to have forgotten us, and all I wish for is a chance at a dignified life.

I dream of leaving Gaza—not for luxury, but to escape this suffering. I want to be able to travel when the border opens, so I can offer my children a safe and stable life, far from fear, hunger, and war.

That is why I am asking for help. Any amount, no matter how small, could make a real difference in our lives. Even just sharing my story can help it reach someone who is able to support us.

I don’t understand why so many people have stopped supporting Palestine...

Right now, we are sleeping in the streets just to reach American aid. Our lives are in serious danger, surrounded by tanks, all for a bag of flour or some lentils to feed our families.

Gaza has turned into a dark and desperate place because of hunger and the lack of basic necessities. The situation we are living through is beyond difficult.

Complain about morality OCD and compassion burnout all you want. My friend’s family might die tomorrow. Might die right now. In any moment I am not speaking to Ghada, it is possible that she is dead.

So when I ask you to reblog this post, think about the lack of effort it would take to flick your thumb—and realize it could be saving the lives of 14 people, affected by the horrors of war more than you could possibly imagine on your own.

Think about the sound of artillery firing. Even simply guns nearby. There's no "getting used to" that as your constant reality.

Most of us on this site don't know what it's like to face your starving mother and sick siblings, feeling helpless as your family suffers through a genocidal famine. For more than 600 days Aboud, a Palestinian from Gaza has been surviving this genocide along with his family in a torn up tent with out a stable source of food and water, surrounded by destruction, smoke, and israeli drones. We need to stand with our Palestinian brothers and sisters and help out whenever we can, whether that's donating to Abouds chuffed campaign, sharing this post and/or sharing @aboodgazaa latest campaign posts. We all must work to help Aboud and his family, help make their living conditions a little better. No human deserves to live like this.

I beg you to help my dear friend Mohamed, who does everything he can to help his family even in these dire circumstances. The unending siege on Gaza has driven prices for the most basic items very high and the bombing never ceases.

His wife, Manal, needs chemotherapy treatment. She was not able to receive her latest dose because of donations slowing. His son Abdul Rahman remains in recovery in the hospital after a recent shelling, in need of skin grafts and hospital care. His two girls Sarah and Lynn are going hungry. Through all this Mohamed battles with own injuries and illnesses. He desperately needs donations that are steady and reliable to continue helping his family.

I am Marwa, a mother of three girls, Belasan, Joan and Nada, ages 7 to 14. 🔊🔉🔈I will take a moment to share my story.📢📣

My children and I lived under bombardment and aggression. We had a safe home full of dreams and a bright future for my daughters.

But everything changed when the war on Gaza began. Our house, which we built with strength and effort before the war, was destroyed.

We lost our job, which was our only source of income. The journey of displacement and moving from one place to another began without the minimum necessities of life. We faced difficulties in providing healthy food and clean water. We lived in fear and terror. My daughters could no longer sleep from the intensity of fear.

My mother-in-law suffers from serious lung infections and chronic diseases, and we find it difficult to provide appropriate treatment for her, especially in the winter and the bitter cold. She is part of our family after losing her husband. We are now without shelter, moving from one place to another, and struggling to survive. Today we have no income, no life, and no work. We are determined to rebuild our dreams, secure our future, and rebuild our home. We cannot do this alone and we need your help in building our lives.
