Because of the stigma attached to the mental health, it leave to untreated. Psychological maladjustment can contribute high doctorβs visit expenses, terrible showing at school or work, some others canβt get a steady line of work due to their illness, The two most regular emotional well-being conditions are:

Mood disorders β Mood problems, for example, depression and bipolar depression, influence almost 10% of adults every year and are characterized by difficulties in managing oneβs mood.
Teens and adults deal with stress in many ways, such as escaping through work, school, and family. As Harvard Health pointed out in 2008, βAnxiety has now been implicated in several chronic physical illnesses, including heart disease, chronic respiratory disorders, and gastrointestinal conditions.β These conditions are no joke, so why donβt we take mental health more seriously?

individuals who fight every day to manage symptoms, and those who love and support them, we can work to slowly turn the tide. Β By sharing with people, we trust. Β By gently, and thoughtfully educating our doctors, teachers, spiritual leaders, family and friends, we can make those around us more sensitive, and aware, all year round, of the importance of how we all talk about mental health, and how critical it is to our health in general, mind, body and spirit.
βWe have learned to love ourselves, so now I urge you to βspeak yourself.ββ

My favorite song is Save The World by Swedish House Mafia, My favorite TV series are Greyβs Anatomy, I watched it like. 5 times already, I have small circle of friends. Honestly, Iβm no oneβs favorite. But, Iβm thankful for those who stayed with me. As a kid, I really want to explore life, I go out to parties, Hang out with friends. I enjoyed the most is looking at the city lights of Metro Manila at night. It makes me calm, but it makes me also think about things. I have my ups and downs that I survived. It makes me think that Iβm lucky as a kid that I'm experiencing these things. I like to thank to my friends and especially my family who lets me explore and enjoy my youth.
