king boo has that Oogie Boogie flare to it plus he’s a bit chubby like the Princess is (I ship these two a lot together)

So, I remade my first Kirby OC, Happles

She’s a plant girl taking care of a big garden she vows to collect every fruit existing in the universe as part of a collection she’s making. She’s bubbly, energetic, kind… but don’t let this fool you.

She’s also hardworking and stubborn about her goals, and about lots of things too. Because of her gardening habits, she has built up quite some strength she won’t hesitate use against you if you try to steal her fruits(namely, the rarest and most powerful ones). Not only she can manipulate her shovel like a weapon, but she has plant and earth related powers. Better to have her as a friend than an fiend.

Also, she’s intelligent and perceptive, particularly about the fruits and the moods of others.

My friend pairs her with Meta Knight, and… maybe it’ll work indeed, idk

I felt bad when Reclusa died because other than being insane, he wasn’t THAT awful. Way worse Mario baddies are out there.

Definitely didn’t regret mashing his face in though. No. That was needed.

I don’t think that statement pleased him.

Either way, it’s gonna be a hard disagree for me. I don’t recall Mario villains that could be worse than this tv head. First, he is one of the only Mario villains with a confirmed, and presumably high body count because before Concordia, there were many, less fortunate worlds who had the misfortune of catching his eye. And they all ended up being huge wastelands of rotten corpses who died of starvation.

Even comparing with the other villains, they can barely come up to his level. King Boo is implied to have been driven crazy because he used to care about his Boos. The Shadow Queen has destroyed a town and cursed the heroes who sealed her, but her sole motive is spreading darkness through the world. The Shroobs takes sadistic pleasure in torturing the people they invade, but their motivations resides in finding a new place to call home no matter the means, because their home planet was dying. Count Bleck wanted total annihilation of every world, even the concept of afterlife, but it was motivated by grief, and he ended up redeeming himself when Timpani was revealed to be alive. Dimentio, while sadistic and downright sociopathic, wanted to create a new world in his image, which would have needed some formalities. Cursa, even when trying to kill Sparks just to piss off their mother, is motivated by nothing but the spread of Darkmess as well as power.

Reclusa, him, destroys world after world, bond after bond, out of sheer sadism and fun, vaguely justifying his actions with loneliness and solitude. Yes, he does grant his victims their deepest fantaisies, but at the cost of their bodies who slowly starve, and it’s a process he’s fully aware of and fully enjoying. And the fact that Concordia was just his next victim after a lot of worlds makes it even worse.

Did I redeem him in my AU by reincarnating him into Litchiko and thus forcing a moral compass into him? Yes. But he’s the worst villain Mario has ever been faced to, and I will die on this hill
