Puritanism doesn't mean "person not into your kinks", it really does have more to do with misogyny/misogynoir, white supremacy, and the fascistic power of the patriarch (the husband, the father). Again, like. What you consider to be "taboo" and "queering kinkiness" is just garden variety Christian shit. Maybe learn about purity balls and fathers "marrying" their daughters (to safeguard their virginity, of course) and the proliferation of child marriage in America. You're not doing anything special, it's just like, Protestantism 2.0 But This Time The Abuses Are Queer, Somehow.
