Cooking
I started to love cooking when the pandemic started. For several years, we only stayed at home and I was just learning how to cook at the time, so all I knew how to make was simple dishes like fried and Ginisa. Sometimes I even cooked it incorrectly and sloppily, the first thing I cooked was the Adobo but he was too salty hehe so i found a way to make him taste good. And When my mother was cooking, I would assist her and she would teach me how to cook that's why I learned a lot because of my mother.

Sometimes, I'm lazy and tiring to cook because we only cook with wood and we need to add wood to light it and occasionally I got burned because the coals were splattered, but I'm used to it and when I'm done cooking, it extinguishes the tiredness and pain caused by my cooking.

And one thing that my ability to cook has improved as a result of watching culinary videos on Facebook and YouTube because I feel more motivated, learn new techniques, and try my hand at what they are doing. In my spare time, I occasionally come up with things to cook, like the banana skin I turned into ukoy and my parents also like it. Also, I feel joyful, especially when my friends and family compliment and appreciate the food that i prepared for them. Now I also know how to cook a lot like vegetables with gata, Monggo, Sinabawan, tinola, and others.

I'll keep learning about different cuisines to broaden my knowledge about cooking so that, I can prepare more food for my family.
