do u have a playlist w nice spring vibes: like soft guitar and the smell of old records; sundresses and walking downtown while the trees bloom? then it starts raining; the kind of rain you can smell before you see. and its not a cold rain. it makes your skin hot, and your dress stick to your thighs. but you still open your mouth to the sky and climb into your car with your friends soaking wet, listening to soft music with loud lyrics while searching for a cafe to warm up in

this is probably the aesthetic i adore the most so i have plenty of playlists that match with what you’ve said!

it's a little lonesome but at least comfort can be found in the soft beams of light peeking through the curtains or the worn pages of a childhood novel or in the amusing scenes of a treasured film

awkwardly skating through town towards the fields where you'll meet with your friends for a springtime picnic filled with freshly baked bread, soft chatter, and failed attempts to photosynthesise 

in a dreamy haze, your eyes peer at the field surrounding you, more specifically at the vividly blooming wildflowers circling your weaved picnic basket as you lay back down across the plush grass and stare aimlessly at the clouds, breathing in the scent of sunday

long ago beside the town, beneath the valley, and beyond the creek, there was a sweet secluded cottage in which potions brewed and plants were tended to and bread was baked in the early hours of the morn. it was the place of comfort and solitude and secrecy and a tender love

you long for the return trip home, for the familiar comfort of walking through those two doors...only to find the home you have so intricately built in your mind ceased to exist, just a figment of imagination to torture your travelling soul
