So we know mystreet Garroth got that bird autism (birdtism if you will) and I feel that should cross over into MCD seeing as he named his wyvren “Raven”

Anyways, he wasn’t allowed to learn hands on when he was younger, Garroth got way too excited and Garte thought that ruined the image the Ro’Meaves were trying to portray. But he was allowed to watch, and really looked into hunting birds with the books they had in their library.

When he could get away with it too he’d talk with the O’Khasis falconers and bird handlers

When he heard there was a village nearby called Falconclaw, Garroth begged to visit - knowing very little at the time about how the village has poor relations with O’khasis. This would be the first time Garroth sneaks out of home, managing to get all the way to Falconclaw only to get told they don’t have too many falcons anymore. But they have a lot of crows and ravens, so when he heads back home (getting to the gate and being found by guards, he got in big trouble) he began to research into other sorts of birds.

When he got to Phoenix Drop, he liked the fact that it was named after a mythical bird. Malik himself had a couple hunting birds, probably only 2, and when Malik was killed Garroth took up full responsibility for the birds - although by that point he’d already taken up using them for his patrols, even adding a third bird to the mix.

They have a place to stay at night, but during the day they go about PD like they own the place, overseeing the town and striking down villains (rodents and pigeons. This is why PD has Raven and no carrier pigeons bc those things get SNIPED)

Garroth’s armour has a specialised gauntlet/glove so that the birds can land on his arm if required, and a little pouch of food on his hip.

Scaleswind being an early steampunk era village that's full of academia and the pursuit of advancement. Scaleswind being tucked strategically and safely in the cradle of a mountain crater, allowing for innovative ways to get out and about the mountains. Scaleswind inspiring bright and brilliant minds.

I also just like Nicole's whole disguise. In s1, she says that her look isn't what she actually looks like and that she's hiding from her father. But sometimes the best disguises are the ones that aren't far from the truth.

Plenty of people know about Scaleswind and try and get into their academies. She just looks like your average rumpled "college" student trying to make it in the world.

TAKE THIS PLSS idk what tumblrs rules are with drawn nudity but I guess ill find out!! i hc travis as a non op transmasc ! which is why he has a chest, he is not a woman!! laurance is transmasc to me with top surgery. they win IMO on hottest mcd duo. also this is a redraw of an older drawing in 2023 but the drawing is based off that scene where they rebuild some house in mcd, I honestly cant remember the specifics I just know they were shirtless... (grey bg is the newest one :D!!)

cadenza mcd redesign !

somethin i did a while ago ^_^ thought cadenza would be cute if she had some feathers as a side effect of being a chicken for a bit

i liked redesigning her outfits too.. her armor is UGLYYYYYYYYY in canon
