madelaine: no need to apologize about that. i would have smacked you silly if you chose to come see me over spending all your extra time with that precious little boy of yours. madelaine: i want to see all the pictures the next time our paths cross. i feel like he's gonna be a full blown adult before we know it. i don't know about that. i think he might get a lot of that from his dad as well. madelaine: i can't argue with that. chaos is my middle name after all. i am in la at the moment. i'm training for a new role so you get me in my stripper era if you somehow find your way here for a visit.

ALEX: the work stuff that i was returning to the States for ended up being postponed and i decided to stay an extra week with my boy. sorry about that. didn't mean to leave you hanging there. ALEX: he's doing wonderfully and growing like weed. love spending time with him, he's just so smart. probably gets that from his mom but i'm not complaining. ALEX: you do more than live for trouble, you are trouble. that's not me complaining however, i quite enjoy it. ALEX: are you still in LA?

gotta love parents and the life stress they throw on you. we aren't far off in age are we? aren't you like thirty-five or something? i'd say you are still in your prime, powell. i guess for some weird reason women age a lot faster than men even if we are close in age. once we reach the big 3-0 it's like everything falls to shit. maybe they will, or maybe they won't. i feel like the whole finding love thing is not as easy as it used to be. everyone wants a quick hook up or dip their toe into every pond they can get their hands on. finding that real genuine connection with someone feels like a thing of the past, but i love your optimism. challenge accepted. bring me debra the goldfish and i'll keep her thriving. of course i'm ready. i could use some brisket cuddles, so anytime you want to grace me with him i'll gladly take it. i'll give you a six star google review, but i'll omit your name for privacy. i'd like to be the only one who gets uber on foot rides. i appreciate it. it's always nice having someone you trust around to get you from point A to point B when you've had a little too much to drink.

typical stuff unfortunately. yes, you are and you're younger than me so you've got some kind of extra bragging rights. it's all true. if you need a reminder, i'm always here. not to be all cliche but maybe they'll come when you least expect it. i know some people have said that's happened for them before. you'll find the one worth it soon enough. alright, so now i feel like i've got to get you one to test this out. if i hit up a boardwalk or fair and they have those games where you can win one, i'll be all over it. i'll keep assuming that's the case until i'm proven wrong. i just might need to take you up on that pretty soon so hope you're ready. just remember to give me 5 stars but don't go referring me to everyone. not sure i could keep up with that demand. but it was my pleasure. no need to make it up. i'm just glad you were good.

◎ What is your least favorite thing about getting all glammed up for an event?

taking it off at the end of the event. i don't mind getting dolled up because i love not looking like a gremlin for a few hours, but once the lights go off and it's time to become a normal human again that process just takes way too long. i wish there was one wipe that could clean, exfoliate, hydrate, and apply all of my skincare in one swipe.

◎ If you could change your hair color what would you change it to and why?

i have always wanted to try the whole blonde thing again. i dabbled with it a little bit back in 2021, but i'd like to fully commit and see if blonde's really do have more fun.

those are all very good choices. i have become quite the fan of horror myself since stepping into that final girl phase of my career. i had no idea how much i'd like it until i started doing it more often. what would be your dream horror role if you could choose one?

The Strangers, Sightless and Polaroid might be my favorite things you've done. I'm clearly into horror, thriller and slasher type films. So seeing you apart of that is just - so amazing to see. If I acted again, I think that's what I'd love to act in. || @mcdspetsh

right? you would think they'd be thankful we are giving them something, but you give them an inch and they always want you to go an extra mile. am i still young? i feel like my biological clock is ticking quicker than sand in one of those hourglass viles, but thank you. that's sweet of you to say. i don't know why i don't have any prospects. i tend to pour my time and energy into those who take it for granted. i'm sure my prince charming is out there somewhere. challenge accepted. i think i could keep it alive. a little bit of tlc and a nice tank goes a long way. bonus points for you because you called me pretty, but bold of you to assume it's fake innocence. i'm as innocent as they come. i would be the best dog sitter. if you ever need anyone to watch the precious baby i'm number one on the call list. you were the best uber on foot. thank you for making sure i made it back to my room every night. i'll make it up to you somehow.

that's the truth and we're doing a hell of a good job living up to that role. you're still young and the fact that you don't have any prospects is a little mind-blowing. maybe you'll have yourself a reverse titanic situation if you want it in the future. if you did a goldfish, i'd have nothing but respect because those things are impossible to keep alive. actually, yes. it's always the pretty ones you've got to watch out for, especially when they hit you with some fake innocence. i guess i can handle the state thing. i could see you being a good dog-sitter. and it's no big deal. the least i could do. plus i'm pretty serious about my uber on foot rating so have to keep up the good reputation. i think you know how to do vegas right then.

madelaine: that means the world to me. being able to be involved with such an amazing on screen relationship with one of my best friends was a dream come true, and it was even better that it meant so much to those in the LGBTQ community. choni will forever hold a special place in my heart. madelaine: life after riverdale is quiet, but it's treating me well. i recently wrapped the strangers 2 and it comes out in september so i'm pretty excited about that. what about you?

VIC: as an avid Riverdale watcher, i have to say Cheryl/Toni is still one of my most favorite tv couples of all time. VIC: for a queer kid who's from a very conservative area, it really meant the world to have a lesbian relationship that was written as a real couple and not just titillation tbh. didn't hurt that you were both smokeshows.
