so like obv we as the readers are y/n leclerc (the leclerc chronicles) but like on a real note...who are her favourite drivers on the grid? like who does she get along with the best?

now THIS is a question i had to think about.

because yes, she loves everybody, naturally. and they all love her, because why wouldn't they!

but i managed to make a top three of drivers on the grid she's closest to! (not in order, and not including charles)

HM: LOGAN SARGEANT. he technically doesn't make the top three because he's not even on the grid, but she still loves him regardless. her favorite american, when he first joined the grid in 2023, she revelled at the prospect of a new friend, and almost instantly latched onto him, and now here we are!

NUMBER ONE: PIERRE GASLY. her honorary 'brother'. she's known pierre for AGESSS (like the longest with the exception of charles) and so this was a must. if anything, he's even more protective of her than charles himself is. the two get along great, and she loves nothing more than third wheeling him and kika.

NUMBER TWO: GEORGE RUSSELL. now this one is mainly for his girlfriend carmen, who she latched on to AS SOON AS she walked through the paddock for the first time (no but i'm being so honest. nineteen year old y/n leclerc saw carmen and RAN to befriend her). but on a real note, she does very much appreciate the friendship she has with george, her favorite, unintentionally hilarious british man.

NUMBER THREE: CARLOS SAINZ. now originally, she did not like carlos. purely because she ADORED (and still does adore) sebastian vettel, and this man just seemed like his lousy, less funny replacement. and yes, she does still miss seb, but carlos grew on her pretty quickly, especially after he made her his pancakes for her birthday. now she thinks he's brilliant (and is gutted he's leaving ferrari. regardless of lewis' status within f1, it will take a LOT to impress her after charles' past two teammates)

so obviously the leclerc daughter is close to lorenzo, but what's her dynamic like w charles and arthur? 😅💖

i'll include all three of the dynamics here in case people haven't seen any of my other posts!!

LORENZO — the brother she looks up to the most. he's always been there for her, looking after her and caring for her in a way the other two haven't, and she's forever grateful of him (and very protective of him, regardless of the fact that he's quite a bit older)

CHARLES — she's his no.1 fan, but also his public enemy no.1. she has no problem in motivating him and being so outgoingly proud of him, but she will also gladly humble him at the drop of the hat (cue slips of him on her insta)

ARTHUR — more like partners in crime if anything. batman and robin?? shaggy and scooby doo? (either way she likes to say that she's the main hero and he's her sidekick). these two bicker probably the most of all three of them, but at the end of the day it really doesn't mean anything.

HELP i never imagined i would be getting into the lorenzo x leclerc!sister lore but it sounds so nice and refreshing since tumblr’s saturated with charles x arthur x leclerc!sister.

she would definitely feel a little possessive over enzo after he asks his sister about how she feels anout charlotte being a part of the family but she knows that lorenzo has been taking care of the family for a very long time and deserves to build a life of his own

no right!! because do not get me wrong i LOVE arthur/charles x leclerc!sister, but i feel as though they're everywhere (ESPECIALLY charles!!) like hello? we need some lorenzo love here!!

(i'm not saying i don't love charles/arthur btw!! i have a couple of scenarios/ideas people have sent me through with them which i'll be responding to soon!)

i fear the second part of this is incredibly accurate. because she loves charlotte, well and truly. she's quite literally her dentist, not to mention super pretty and super kind. AND she treats lorenzo perfectly, so big tick.

she just feels sort of strange with it all? like in a super embarrassing way that she'd never ever admit out loud, she doesn't want lorenzo to 'leave', even if it's with his dream woman.

of course, she does come round to the idea, and again, after finding out they're going to get married, she is absolutely THE FIRST to volunteer to help plan the wedding

but with lorenzo it's so different. the age gap between them is like 14 years, and so he is her OLDER brother, and it just makes her really emotional for some reason!

because in my headafter her dad passed away, enzo was the one who always looked after her and made sure she never felt herve’s absence in a way that was painful to her 🤭

with charles & arthur, it was less like they were her older brothers and more like they were just pains in her backside. her and arthur are very similar in age, and charles is, again, just charles.

but lorenzo was always like her older brother, and especially with the absence of their father for the last few years of her high school experience, she definitely felt his presence a lot more.

he always turned up to her high school events to take embarrassing pictures (graduation, prom, etc), would take her out to have fun (to do things like bowling, mini golf and even shopping), etc

and of the whole family, he was the one who supported her the most when she chose to pursue a career in social media rather than progress further with her studies (she dropped out of uni)

lorenzo was always really like her father figure, just one who was actually her brother.

Little leclerc would definitely be a little emotional over her eldest brother getting engaged 🥹💗

NO BECAUSE ABSOLUTELY YES (i fear this is literally so accurate)

because yes she is a hardened bitch (she likes to paint herself that way, anyway) and yes she pretends like she hates her brothers

and the fact is that if this was either arthur or charles she would NOT be this emotional (arthur being in closest in age is the one she likes to bully the most, and charles is...well, charles)
