Okay, so I've been reading through your blog, and I have to ask, what is up with you and glowsticks? Why the hell are you drinking them??

When I was a young lad, I had the spectacular idea to drink glowsticks to see if I would glow like a firefly. That is how I became a scientist. Now I just drink them for the nostalgia.

Today I will be on the hunt for syringes. I only need a few tbh, I have a friend who can supply me the rest but that won't be until almost a week from now. Why did mom do this? I swear she has NEVER believed in me.

Introduction to my blog and its associated goals and mission.

This blog will serve as my diary as I take, as Neil Armstrong once said, One Giant Leap For Mankind by creating new medical procedures and tools to allow people to acquire chronic illnesses as they please.

WHAT INSPIRED THIS BLOG? WHO ARE YOU? CAN YOU PLEASE GET OUT OF MY ATTIC? And other assorted queries.

The date was the 18th of April, 2022. During a short hospital stay involving glowstick fluid (do not worry about it), I was scrolling tumblr and found a post for a new punk identity, titled "Medpunk". Medpunk is defined as,

"A political project/movement aiming to revolutionize the health system/medical institution by medically allowing individuals to acquire physical/mental disabilities, “disorders”, “diseases” etc. Medpunk is intimately related to morphological freedom and cognitive liberty."

While I do not have any connection to the "radqueer" community, this inspired me. Upon seeing that this term has unfortunately fallen into obscurity and disuse, I am here with the intention of resurrecting this concept and realising the goals of this ideology through a new version of mad science, dubbed "med science" (see what I did there?? hahahaha.)

I am 17 and bisexual, pronouns he/him, if it matters. Big fan of the body mod community.
