Thinking about Medicine Pocket having insomnia headcanon. There’s some arts of them sleeping or tired, even their intro voice line has them waking up. So, they must not sleep a lot.

Me personally, I’d cuddle them to sleep even if they weren’t sleeping at all

I think they always sleeping with this pillow, through the whole night. They’re holding it here while they’re going to sleep. They also hold it while they’re being woken up in another art. Hm hmmm
