7th Blog
In our last Blog which will be the content of lecture series 3 I learn a lot from the discussion which was very beneficial to me as a student of Business Administration. It was very fruitful event because the topic is all about the Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Rights. The focus of the lecture was about how to protect startup, the ideas or concept that we come up and also with the process of application together with the technology transfer which concern with preparation, installation, and utilization of technology. Â The guest speaker for the third virtual lecture is Dr. Gamaleila A. Dumancas the OIC-Head of Intellectual Property & Technology Business Management in the Central Mindanao University.
Republic Act No. 8293 or the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines. The Intellectual property office of the Philippines are responsible for the implementation of the protecting the Intellectual Property Rights in the Philippines. The same with Philippine Technology Transfer Act of 2009 (Republic No. 10055). It provides the framework and support system for the ownership, management, use, and commercialization of intellectual property generated from research and development funded by government and for other purposes. From the lecture Intellectual Property is define as â Creation of the Mindâ, some example of it the innovation, literary and artistic works, symbols, names, images and designs.
The protection of Intellectual Property happen when ideas are transform into tangible products. It is very important to register first before sharing your creation to other people because intellectual property is a âFirst to Fileâ basis. Other people might steal your work after knowing that it is not registered, they view your work as ownerless. There are a lot of significant aspects that Intellectual Property brings to us like it prevent competitor from copying trademark, avoid wasteful investment in research & development, and create at the same time enhance corporate identity and increase the company market value. It was also discuss about the Intellectual Property cycle.
There are a lot of variety of Intellectual Property Rights first is the Trademark. It is a visible sign capable of distinguishing the goods (trademark) or services (service mark). Functions of trademark is to Indicator of origin, Indicator of quality, and advertising function. The best global brands in 2016 was Apple next is Google and Coca-Cola while in 2019 is apple again next is Amazon and Microsoft. The terms of protection for Trademark is 10 years from the date of filing and renewable every 10 years and perpetual and declaration of actual use is required.
Second is Geographical Indication, identify as a good or origination in territory, region or locality where given quality, reputation or other characteristics of the good is essentially attributable to its geographical origin, example of it is the Calamay in Bohol and Pomelo in Davao. Third is invention, any technical solution to a problem in any field of human activity. There are three criteria before you could the protection, it must be new or novel (not publish/disclosed), inventive step (not obvious to a skilled person) and it must have a practical use in the industry (real life benefit). The term protection for invention is 20 years from the date of filing but before you could gain the protection it is necessary to have a 2 years of analysing or examination to ensure that your invention pass the criteria.
Fourth is the utility model, any technical solution of a problem in any field of human activity which is new and industrial application. It is the extension of the invention but it has only 2 criteria, example for utility model is an umbrella for the dog. The term of protection for utility model is 7 years from the date of filing but after the protection it is a part now of public domain. Fifth is industrial design, consist of the creation of a shape, configuration or composition of patterns or color, or combination of pattern and color in three dimensional form containing aesthetic value. It can be two or three dimensional pattern used to produce a product, industrial commodity or handicraft. The term of protection is 5 years from the date of filing and renewable for 2 years (consecutive). Sixth is the Lay-out design of IC (topography) example of it is the circuit. The term of protection for lay-out is 10 years from the date of filing.
Seventh is copyright and related right, is the legal protection extended to the right in an original work. Example for original works is the books and magazines, drawings, paintings, sculpture, work of architecture, original ornamental designs, maps, sketches, carvings, and photographic works. The term of protection for copyrights in a derivative work is life plus 50 years after death while for joint works is last life plus 50 years after death.
It was quoted that in order to ensure that the product of your research is patentable, do a prior art search and invention spotting. The significance of patent search is it can freely support research and development activities since it contains information not yet divulge, it improves the quality of patent application, prevention of infringement violation, and also to save money in case the invention is not new there will no waste resources. When doing a patent search you need to choose the right keywords (technical terms) in order to arrive at the closest prior art.
Intellectual Property and Technology Business Management have three units which has a different task. First is the IPLU âIntellectual Property Licensing Unitâ they are responsible for registering technologies generated by faculty and students. Second is the TTU âTechnology Transfer Unitâ responsible for the pre commercialization activity. Lastly is the TBIU âTechnology Business Incubation Unitâ in charge for commercialization component.
The speaker greatly emphasize that we need to be careful when sharing our innovation. Especially the intellectual property is more first to file bases, even if that person didnât create does innovation but he/she is the first to register then it was the loss for the researcher. It will be a great pain for the creator if that happened because their effort is at vain.Â
For the Virtual Lecture series number 4 the guest speaker is Mrs. Rhea Mae D. Cuñada which is the Manager in Technology Business Incubation. The Technology Business Incubation main task is to help entrepreneurs to improve their innovation while also earning profit. While their purpose is to make the entrepreneur help or aid the community. If they can operate they will provide employment for the citizens. It assist SMEs, to enhance the way of doing business for micro and small enterprises in the community through the provision of services necessary for its success. The services offered by
Technology Business Incubation is Product commercialization, Enterprise development, Access to network, and Knowledge transfer.
The target is the âIncubateeâ, a natural person, unregistered association, or a juridical entity who has the desire to undergo the incubation program. There are two classification for the Incubatee first is the âWould-be entrepreneurâ are the one who will start a business from scratch or will adapt the available research generated technology in the University for Commercialization. Second is âStart-ups or existingâ are those who have already started the enterprise with their own technology but who still need enhancement in the business or technology aspects.
First step in starting a business is having a product idea or concept it can be a particular product or innovative method. It is not necessary that the idea is perfect the important is the idea. During the process the idea and concept might be change several times while learning about your product deeply. You just have to start to come up with idea and let the Technology Business Incubation help you to move forward. We might have this good ideas but we didnât try, with Technology Business Incubation they promote to earn profit with the ideas we can generate. Idea is a dime a dozen. Idea is not the key to success. Sometime it needs to have a good idea but company have a good idea always fails all the time. It is necessary to have the skills and competencies thatâs why there is Technology Business Incubation. The process might take long and they will be release if Technology Business Incubation think that they are capable to stand alone. Business is not always about skills but also need perseverance and also luck.
There are two face of Technology Business Incubation which is the âPre-Incubateeâ the first step in registration procedure is fill-out the application, next is to attend a one day training seminar (Creating a Business Model Canvas), Assessment (analysing if the applicant is financially capable to sustain the business), latly  qualified pre-incubatee may proceed to the incubation procedure. The other face is the âIncubateeâ registration procedure is MOA/MOU signing, next is fill out application form and lastly pay the enrolment fee.
The three Incubatee are the teachers/faculty, students, and individuals outside from the University. After you pay you become incubatee and will undergo three phases. First Phase is âPamulaâ preparation of the incubatee in establishing a clearer and profitable business model. Second Phase is âTanulâ is a curriculum aimed at harnessing the competencies of start-ups in the incubation programs before. Third Phase is âLegtayâ (graduation) become a successful entrepreneur. There are four exit criteria which is graduation (10% return of investment, the business is growing), premature ejection, voluntary exit, and continuous loss of income.
It is encourage that we student need to be successful as fast as we can. It does not mean that we need to millionaire we just need to find the starting point. Like during the pandemic, we could find things (Ideas or concept) that make us productive resulting for us to earn profit amidst this negative situation. We just need to use this time of pandemic to seek for an opportunities which can help us find our starting point for our success in the future.
Everyone should share their own idea, it is not needed that you are bright to be successful. If we could share our idea we are more open for assistant which help us gain knowledge and leads us to grow. Which might lead us in helping the community. In the business there is success and failure but the necessary think is that you believe in yourself. We can grab this chance while we are a student, we could create our own business while there a lot of people or organization that can help during the process of building the business like the Technology Business Incubation.

6th BLOG
In our 6th blog it will contain the series number 2 and the speaker of that day is Mr. Kit Laurence Nacua. Â
I have a lot of things that i learn during that day but these is the summary of the lesson that i learn âDonât be afraid to fail, be afraid not to try.â This is the quote that I will remember after watching the lecture. The experience of Sir Kit on his start-up journey is one of the reasons why we should not give up on things that we want to start with that can have a positive impact to us and we can help. The experience he shared gives me guidance and inspiration to think that my own start-up can be convenient in the future. When you're still in the process of starting a start-up, it can be hard since you need a lot of help, especially for other people to work with and recognize your work. If you give up quickly, your hardship will become wasteful. Start-up journey can be a lesson learned if things don't turn out the way you want it. It can give you more learning since you experience things that you can relate to the next project. I've found that if you have these interesting ideas, you can make this as an opportunity to try if it will work and show to everyone that this can be life changing if they intent to try your service / product. If you already have these ideas, you can explore more like learning to compromise or take chances, know your target market, and learn to concentrate on important things. Start-up isn't always going to be a success for everyone, but it's a great privilege to have someone there to guide you step by step in your dreams.
CDO BITES is one of the companies that will make your ideas possible. They help start-up businesses by offering their services, such as office space and internet access, development and facilities, training, mentoring and branding, and protecting your output. This is a great opportunity because you will build your ideas that can expand your knowledge of it. With them your start-up can be possible if you take action.

5TH BLOG
In November our 5th Blog will compose about the highlight topic of the lecture series number 1 was about âThe startup ecosystem in the Philippines and why do you need to start nowâ the guest speaker was Mr. Cj Brasileno of MSU IIT and lead for incubation at IDEYA before the actual lecture Mr. Cj ask what is Startup for us and for me startup is Investment and Business but the specific definition of startup is.
Early stage business and has a level of uncertainly behind it.
Is a product or service
Disruptive in nature
Are composed of 2-3 person whom are called founders
Mr. Cj tells that the perfect example of startups is Grab even today because it has yet to be sustainable and open it with and initial public offering. And also, way back on 2008-2009 Facebook also start being Startup Business Mr. Cj said.
When does a startup stop becoming a start up?
When the founders have stopped operating.
When the product idea has been sold. This is called exit.
·When your company has offered a portion of itself to the public. It is commonly called Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Mr. Cj  said the way that we can be part of the startup ecosystem is.
·Joining events
 Joining communities
· Becoming a startup founder
· Working with startups
this is the Ecosystem of startup
But not all startup are lucky
 startups are often failÂ
they need too much capital
they pose an uncertain risk
The lesson that I learn in the lecture is donât be scared to invest your talent or skill and time to create an innovative product that can help for the people like our garbage, people donât have work, and natural disaster. Mr Cj said that filipinos are very talented in any forms of talent and I hope that our government and private business also see how talented the filipinos are and they will give help or support to the young entrepreneurs and business man so that the talent of filipinos will not be waste or use by the other countries.   Â

Blog 3
As of October 12, to October 25, 2020, the pandemic that we are experiencing today has a profound impact on each and every one of us, particularly in our daily lives. That's why our team discusses what kind of project we're really focused on. Over the past week, our team has gathered input from various people where they can share their thoughts and problems today. In our analysis, many have really addressed the problem of finding a job, so my team has agreed to concentrate to our product where a lot of people can help find a job.
In our last meeting, we discuss very carefully about what we can do to improve the features of our product. And we decided That We want to propose to our survey participants with a new set of questions. Our second questionnaires are more specific or related to our on-going project, so that we know what they think or what they can advise that we can add or apply to the product and also, we can identify if it is beneficial and effective.
we distributed questionnaires thru online to the sake of our safety and also for the respondents and we are able to collect valuable information related to our project.
New Questions:
Product Description:
J tap, an application that helps to decrease unemployment growth with just a tap. This app has features that would benefit both applicants and business owners. This application includes features that would help you as an employer, advertise a companyâs product/s. But the main feature is to match applicant/s to the company that needs that kind employees. J tap will help people all around the globe. Any business or industry could join the app, it could be a school, hospital, mall & other more.
1. What is/are basis for choosing an app to download
A. Needs
B. Enjoyment
C. Trend
2. Have you ever encountered this type of platform that has the same features/function?
3. If there is an app that would be helpful in finding job, would you patronize or try it?
4. If you have a business, are you willing to invest and use the application in advertising your product?
5) Is the app useful & beneficial to your business?
6)Is the application useful in addressing the unemployment problem?
7)As an application user, How can an app prove their credibility?
It shows from their responses that many of them agree with the proposal that we are going to make, and many of them claim that it is useful to know that there is still a pandemic and finding a job is not easy. Their responses become an important part of our product to the improvement and all of the responds say that it is new to them to heard and app which is high features that you can apply and advertise or sell your products and all of them say that it very beneficial for the people who lost their jobs during these pandemics because it is very easy to access and also they say that if they have their businesses or currently have a business today it is beneficial to them because people can buy thru online without interaction and they can reach more people. And we really hope that our product well be successful because our vision is to help does people lost their jobs or people donât have a job even before because for me if peoples have a job they can have a food to put in their tables and to decrease the poverty rate to our country.
What I have learned this week is that every problem is an opportunity that we can overcome, with our deep and positive thinking and large-scale of action this can be resolved.

2nd Blog
As of September 28, to October 11, 2020, we conducted a survey in ages 20-45, Male and Female and we have 8 respondents to our survey some of them are employees, business owners and unemployed and they are located here in Bukidnon and Cagayan De Oro City and we prepared some questions for them related these days but in the middle of our discussion we talk what if we tried to give or find another option that we want to give a solution which is anxiety because anxiety is one of the problem of the Filipinos right now and it is very alarming but in the end we decide to stick, to our current product which is j tap because the product is for long time period and for us we can give a justice to the product because it is related to us. and also, we stick to the same question if they still face these problems even these weeks to know if this product is useful before we finalize our product because in our 3rd blog, we change our question that it is more focus to our product to know if it is useful to both applicants and employers or not.
 Questions:
1.What are the common problems/challenges you have encounter during this pandemic?
2.Are you having a hard time looking for a job in this time of pandemic? If yes, Why? If no, pls answer the question and just put yourself in that situation.
2.1 If there is a job available are you willing to take that job/ apply for that job?
2.2 What would you prefer?
a. Work from Home
b. Take the risk and wok outside the city/province
c. In the same city/province you live in
3.Are you experiencing anxiety or stress during this lockdown?
These is  some of our screen shots of our session where we talked about if we want to continue our product or not and also our documentation of the respondent of our study and also these is the time where we talk about our next questions and Blog for another week, questions that it is more related or focus to our product and we have a long time period of discussion due to the poor internet connection and some of the members have their personal duties to their house.
These is j tap it is advance application where the employers, applicants and customer would benefit because the features of these app the applicants can find their dream job and  it is connected to a lot of business sector like private and small businesses, schools, hospitals and many more who are hiring or need a man power and they can message directly to the company or sent there resume and scheduled there interview and they can set their location if they donât want to work out side on their city or far from their home and you can also post your bio data to the system and you just wait if someone well contact you and your personal information is safe because the developer and the HR or owners of the business have the access and the system of the employers and applicants are different but it is the same app and the employers side they can also search applicants based on their standards and they contact the applicant it is vice versa and one thing the company or businesses they can advertise or sell their products or online food delivery.
the prospect Target Market Unemployed People, customer How we can earn from it? Businesses that will join the app will pay us or there is contract between us and them. The business will also pay us for additional if they want to have advertisements on the app. And the logo it is not the actual logo of our application and the name why j tap because the 4 members the initial first name is J and the 1 member is T and the other reason is you can pronounce j as in g for go and tap as in top because we are j to be tap.
The lesson that we learn during and after the interview and making the blog is that it depends to the location occupation the problems of the people and some are hard to give a solution directly and it needs a long-time decision and We did likely choose this option because it is very feasible for the group to provide the best solution for this problem. We just want to provide convenience for those people who are in need for a job in order for them to be capable in sustaining the needs and wants of their family. Using this application as a virtual place to apply a job can guarantee their safety during this pandemic.

As of September 14- 26, 2020, we conducted a survey in ages 20-45, Male and Female and we have 8 respondents to our survey some of them are employees, business owners and unemployed and they are located here in Bukidnon and Cagayan De Oro City and we prepared some questions for them related these days.

c. In the same city/province you live in
3.Are you experiencing anxiety or stress during this lockdown?
After the 2 weeks of the interview we compile all of the 8 responds so the we can identify what problem that we want to give a solution and the problems that the respondents answer is.
difficulty in buying, Online Class(unstable internet),transportation, lower income(skeletal work),hard to sell farm product due to lockdowns, finding job( remote jobs) (related to course),hard to go outside(safety issue),wearing mask, stress and anxiety from different Mental issues, Disobedient people may infect by covid 19 since he is a frontliner. And after we compile we pick 3 problems that we can give a solution and the problem is finding job, online class, stress and anxiety and after we decide what solution or innovative solution that we can provide, we have a hard time to find a solution that it is new to them in online class and stress and anxiety and because we donât have that knowledge on how to responds of that problem and it is very far to our course. And in the final decisions we pick problem in finding job that have the assurance we canât provide an innovative solution.

These is j tap it is advance application where the employers, applicants and customer would benefit because the features of these app the applicants can find their dream job and  it is connected to a lot of business sector like private and small businesses, schools, hospitals and many more who are hiring or need a man power and they can message directly to the company or sent there resume and scheduled there interview and they can set there location if they donât want to work out side on there city or far from their home and you can also post your bio data to the system and you just wait if someone well contact you and your personal information is safe because the developer and the HR or owners of the business, have the access and the system of the employers and applicants are different but it is the same app and the employers side they can also search applicants based on there standards and they can contact the applicant it is vice versa and one thing the company or businesses they can advertise or sell their products online.

GLOBALIZATION IN NEW MODERN WORLD

Q1. What is meant by globalization and how has it affected you personally?
Globalization is not new for me since the start of civilizations people have trade goods with their neighbors as cultures advanced, they were able to travel farther field to trade their own goods for desirable products found elsewhere and the globalization right now has increased in recent years a result of rapid advancements in communication and transportation and also the transfer of financial assets across national borders.
Personally, globalization has a big effect, good and bad not only to me but also to the people of these country because being part of the list of developing countries. If there is a lot of business offer a job we can gain money, but the reason why does business choose to put their businesses to a developing country because they take advantage of lower labor cost technically we have a lot of benefits because they also pay tax and if there is tax more infrastructure that the government can build for the people.
The other bad side is we produce a raw product in lower labor cost and they sale them to us in higher cost, we surely cannot buy that specific product example iPhone according to NAS Daily the screen of the iPhone is manufactured in the Philippines, and the other parts of the cellphone manufactured by the other countries like Japan, Malaysia, India. And if does raw parts of the phone done all does countries sent the raw parts to process in china, because the labor cost in china is lower and if they sent back does to our country and it is already a phone even do the raw material is from us they sale them to us in very expensive cost.

Q2. The main drivers of globalization to accelerate the globalization is our modern technologies right now because can send raw materials in any part of the world because of rapid advancements of communication and transportation and they have a lot of countries improved their fiscal policies within countries and international trade agreements between them also facilitate globalization. the political and economic stability of globalization across Asia, America, Europe, and other parts of the world.
the result of globalization to our country provide more jobs and lifting many unfortunate people
According to Markus Buernfeind there are types of drives in globalization, that is technological, political, and cost
Technology shaped and set the foundation for modern globalization. Innovations in transportation technology revolutionized the industry and also the rapid growth of the Internet is the latest technological driver that created global e-business and e-commerce.
political drivers Liberalized trading rules and deregulated markets lead to lowered tariffs and allowed foreign direct investments in almost all over the world.
Q3. In changes in our global economy there is benefits there are lot of job opportunities not only to our country but also abroad and that is the result of globalization or trading.
Example is BPO i have 6 months experience being a call center agent and these job is very in demand job for the filipinos because we have low labor cost and that is want of does foreign owner and BPO companies and other Businesses own by foreign owner, put the philippines in 70 spot in Globalization/Global Economy year 2018.
and also Not everything about globalization is beneficial. Any change has winners and losers, and the people living in communities that had been dependent on jobs outsourced elsewhere often suffer. Effectively, this means that workers in the developed world must compete with lower-cost markets for jobs unions and workers may be unable to defend against the threat of corporations that offer the alternative between lower pay or losing jobs to a supplier in a less expensive labor market. The situation is more complex in the developing world, where economies are undergoing rapid change.
Regardless of the downsides, globalization is here to stay. The result is a smaller, more connected world. Socially, globalization has facilitated the exchange of ideas and cultures, contributing to a world view in which people are more open and tolerant of one another.

Political Economy and Economic Development under President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and President Benigno Aquino III

Rodrigo Roa Duterte Also Known As Digong, Rody Born in March 28, 1945, Maasin, Philippines he graduated  Law degree in Lyceum of the Philippines University and he is exMayor of Davao City, 1988â2016 and  President of the Phillippines 2016 in the present.
Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III born February 8, 1960, also known as "PNoy" or "Noynoy", is a Filipino politician who served as the 15th President of the Philippines from 2010 until 2016.
Human Development Index
During Benigno Aquino III Administration VS Rodrigo Roa Duterte Administration
In the 2014 Aquino Administration era, the United Nations Development Program said in a survey, the Philippines maintained its 115th position among 188 countries in terms of quality of living. In the 2014 Human Development Survey, the Philippines given a human development index of 0.668 percent and put it under a medium human development category along with 38 other countries. And they said that we have a rise of 20 percent or an average annual growth of around 0.54 percent between 1980 and 2014, the Philippines HDI value increased from 0.557 to 0.668, but for countries in the medium human development community, the Philippines 2014 HDI of 0.668 was above the average of 0.630. However, the country 's performance was below the world average of 0,711 and the regional average of 0,71 for the countries of East Asia and the Pacific and HDI is an average indicator of basic human development achievements in a country due to inequalities The Philippines HDI decreased to 0.547, a decline of 18.1 percent due to inequality in the distribution of HDI dimensional indices The 2014 female HDI value for the Philippines was 0.649, compared to 0.664 for males, resulting in a GDI value of 0.977.
In the 2019 Human Development Survey, the Philippines was ranked 106th out of 189 countries and territories, with a human development index (HDI) score of 0.712. This put the nation at the tail end of strongly human development group countries. According to UNDP results, since the first survey was conducted in 1990, the country's HDI has been gradually growing. In the period 1990-2018 The life expectancy of the Philippines at birth increased by 4.7 years, the mean schooling years increased by 2.8 years and the predicted schooling years increased by 1.9 years. Gross national income (GNI) per capita in the Philippines rose by around 140.6 percent between 1990 and 2018 But, as inequality in the life expectancy, education and wealth sectors were factored in, the inequality-adjusted HDI in the Philippines fell to 0.582 points, a decrease of 18.2 percent compared to the initial 0.712.Â
  Purchasing Power of the citizens
During Benigno Aquino III Administration VS Rodrigo Roa Duterte Administration
Nearly half of Filipino customers thought their buying power in the household has remained stagnant since 2013. Despite government estimates, the current increase in gross domestic product in 2014 is 6.1 percent, indicating a growing domestic demand boosting the country's economic output. according to results of the kantar Worldpanel Philippinesâ consumer panel survey in December 2014, 48% of Filipino consumers feel that their household purchasing ability is no different from that of 2013. meanwhile, 27% said their purchasing power has improved In December, year-on-year food inflation slowed to .5 percent from 6.5 percent in the previous month, the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) noted. In the same time of 2013, this was mainly due to the high food prices, partly due to the super typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) which hit the country in November 2013. Support for entrepreneurship and innovation
During Benigno Aquino III Administration VS Rodrigo Roa Duterte Administration
During the term of benigno aquino III administration there is no development or changes of our position on global innovation index.
the Philippines is now at the 54th place (31.56) among 129 countries in the 2019 global innovation index (GII). last year, we are in 73rd place and if we ask the department of trade and industry, this is just a start. president Duterte has signed into law republic acts 11293 (Philippine innovation act) and 11337 (Innovative startup act), paving the way to innovate how Filipinos do business.

Based on the facts that I gathered between the two administration, the Administration of President Rodrego Roa Duterte was there more economic development and because of his project build build build program it opens a lot of door for other opportunities for the Filipinos because president Duterte build new infrastructure like bridge, costal road, Schools, hospitals, and many more because of that our tourism here in the Philippines become greater and he improves our military defenseâs by buying new helicopter, guns, and many more and president Duterte promotes entrepreneurship and innovation and he sign into law or bill to support young entrepreneurs and being a college student I am very thankful that president sign in to law the free tuition to the public universityâs and Iâm one of the recipient of tertiary education subsidy.

HOW COMMAND ECONOMY WORKS

4.1 The problem of a command economy is lack of competition where the government-run the economy and all businesses are controlled and command economy has government central planners they are the one who decides what goods and services will be produced and also the amount of the goods and services, and it leads to food shortages, malnutrition, and numerous time of mass starvation. Because most of the state resources go into building up the military.

4.2 Mostly of the communist nation practices the command economy they prioritized the economic needs of the people for example in North Korea the residential housing prices are low as the government owns all of the countryâs homes and sets real estate accordingly and public services like health care and education are free. but the down side or the problem of command economic model in a country like North Korea includes inefficiently run industries like the transportation sector, where the lack of competition they mostly restrain the need for improvement of the services and their products because there are no other businesses offer, the same services and products and it leads to long waiting periods for services like healthcare and also there is no foreign businesses, North Korean government controls salaries and incomes, consumer seeking to build wealth have no economic avenue for doing so because the government only has the power to use the country resources and it makes the people in North Korea suffer, they trait the people like a puppet and they donât give the chance to experiences those resources that there country have and for me they really deserve to  have does because they are the one who works hard for does resources.
4.3 The command economic caused a lot of hunger of the people not only for foods, services, modern facilities and also freedom of expression to solve does problem the government should adopt changes to their government business policy to apply the Market Economy to their country which economic decisions and the pricing of goods and services are guided not only by the government planners unlike in command economy only the government plan how to spend their resources but in the market economy they are guided by the interactions of a country's citizens and businesses but not totally the government has no power in the economy but there are maybe some intervention or central planning and if there is lot of business local and foreign it creates competition and every business work hard to improves there facilities services for their customer or consumer because the citizens has a power. And the government has limited  control to the revenue of the people. and  gives entrepreneurs the right to pursue profit by creating products that are more valuable than the facts, and it is free to fail and go out of business if they do not want anymore.Â
