That sucks. I think there are movies that don’t fall under scary but they’ve got the whole halloween vibe. There are movies people argue are Christmas but people say aren’t. Home Alone is one alot of people argue about.

My week has been hectic and it’s only Wednesday. I’m thinking about taking a nice long vacation after the holidays. But hey busy is better than being bored and your days just dragging on.

You should! All you need is to set a routine and bust your butt to keep it going. I have to self motivate and that’s where I struggle but when you’ve got an end goal it helps.

Aren’t you supposed to do the Christmas shopping for kids thing early? That way you avoid the insanity that is black Friday?

I’m good! As good as I can be for someone who found out they’re spending Thanksgiving away from family. The Christmas film needs to finish before Decemeber so that means alot of time on set. I think I’ll get a big thanksgiving dinner for everyone.

So the time went back an hour, and I honestly don’t feel much difference, except that when I wake up, it’s some daylight and not pitch dark. But I do find myself more tired than normal, and coffee isn’t cutting it or energy drinks. So I think exercise is in order. 

How’s everyone’s week starting so far?

You can do what I did and use the extra hour to work out! I know it won’t last once I get used to the time change but it’s helping with energy at least.

The weeks good. Busy but good. How about you? How are you and your week?

I know!! I barely remember October and I lived through it. I have the Halloween candy to prove it. Before you know it it’ll be Christmas and I don’t know how to feel about that.

Same! I would be scared to see that happen because I know there’s other people out there with bionic limbs and crap and then they’ll all be trying to kill everyone. There’d be nowhere safe to run I don’t think.

We can. Kids will get a kick out of seeing the people passing out candy in costumes.

Does anyone else feel really strongly about Halloween movies, or is it just me? I kind of got into a scuffle with one of my co-workers because he said Halloweentown and Hocus Pocus were trash and that the only real halloween movies were Nightmare on Elm Street and Freddy vs. Jason… 

Why can’t they all be Halloween movies? They’re scary to someone, right? Isn’t that enough to clump them together?
