My thoughts about Gregory Green artworks were: Why is Green so fascinated about bombs? That certainly worries me because your dealing with dangerous objects. Like for instance what will happen if one of the bomb goes off by mistake as he’s testing it out. He could really hurt himself and other ppl around him. But if the bombers are off than that’s okay no one will be sent to the emergency room so that’s good. Another thing that threw me off a little bit was Green carving the Bible. I’m not a super religious person but I’m pretty sure that would be offensive to the religious community. Aside from him carving a bible I like is cutting techniques with carving the books.

Bible bomb 💣 This carving of Bible definitely reminds me of the last assignment a lot with carving the books with the X-Acto knife. Well minus the bombing of the book and the book being a bible. But that’s more of a violence message so I understand what kind of message Gegory wanted to share the terrorism and hatred.

Pipilotti Rist my thoughts
I love Pipilotti Rist work especially how she uses her visual ability with experiential video art and installation art that often portrays self-portraits. I also like how she created the bright lights in her Pixel Forest gallery show in New York City. Rist art reminds me a lot of the Katy Perry music video “firework” because of the beautiful colors explosion.

Kim Jones my opinion
Kim Jones work is so strange but certainly eye catching to the audience. And also it’s almost like figuring out a jigsaw puzzle! Like what is this and what is happening and that’s always interesting to figure out as a young artist like myself. Even his work is creepy he still was able to take people into another world of crazy but in a incredible aspect of art.

What question would I ask China Adam and why?
Mr. Adam I notice that you use a lot of junk mail to create a lot of your art work. What encourage you to make junk mail for your 3D creation?
