Meloghia 2021 Week - Day 7 - Afterlife

Here is my final submission!

The picture took place in purgatory since Melone and Ghiaccio, alongside the rest of their team, are assassins who are unhesitant to endanger innocent civiilians. There is also a bit of a Jacob Marley thing, looking just about the same before they died, because I find that more appealing and realistic.

So, that was fun! Glad I took up the challenge. That should be about it ^^

Expanding a little bit more on the omegaverse lore, Alphas and Omegas have a few differences in their physiology. Alphas have male reproductive organs (even the females, though they have a small pouch to house the knot until mating season) while Omegas have female reproductive organs (even the male ones). Oh, and they have the greek letters representing their bio-rank on the napes of their necks that's been with them since birth.

Btw, Melone is on birth control, so don't worry.

Oh, and I was trying to submit a far more risque picture for the prompt (days before, I had thought about writing a fic about it but I decided not to since my procrastination and perfectism will be a problem for me), but the fine folks on tumblr said it violates the community guidelines, and I don't have the mental energy to request an appeal since i got myself too worked up in a worry desparately searching for the post I'd submitted without realizing until it was too late that I'd forgot to put in a 'nsfw' tag, and I'm not too sure how long it'll take to get the original picture appealed and I don't want to get my hopes up.

MeloGhia 2021 Week SFW Version - Day 6 - Alternate Universe

Here is the alternate universe prompt. This here is omegaverse, baby!

Just to give some bit of world-building, about 15% of the human population is either an Alpha or an Omega (with the remaining being normal humans, or 'Betas'). Alphas and Omegas have a set of few differences from not just each other but Betas as well. Both Alphas and Omegas secrete pheromones of varying scents and have mating cycles (y'know, typical omegaverse stuff), but that's where the similarities end, which I will explain further in the nsfw prompt I'll be working on.

Part of the reason I was excited for day 6 is because I wanted the sfw version to coincide with the nsfw version of the day of the meloghia 2021 week, and the other reason being that today is actually my birthday .

I hc Ghiaccio to have a praise kink. After, all he hates being disrespected and I imagine he has a... not so happy past of being emotionally abused, so praising him in any normal situation will simply make him happy. When you praise him in bed, he'll get erect.

Don't worry, Ghia's just short-circuiting from Melone praising him for performing well.

This is also my first time drawing penises (mushroom tips included), so please be gentle when giving some constructive criticism.

I have a headcanon that Melone likes to call Ghiaccio ‘Gattino’ [Kitten] to 

1. Butcher his name

2. Because his stand looks like a cat

3. Make him blush

And Ghiaccio calls Melone ‘Miele’ [Honey] because it’s cute and the root’s of Melone’s hair looks kind of like honey. But he never calls him that in front of other people

You know how in the new year and halloween fanart for la squadra by one of the JoJo anime directors Kohei Ashiya has Melone dressed up in drag (as well as Illuso in the halloween pic)? I think he would look stunning in a wedding dress, complete with a wedding veil with lavender flowers as the crown.

I also tried to draw orchids and carnations in his wedding bouquet but I have no experience drawing those types of flowers.

MeloGhia 2021 Week SFW Version - Day 3 - Comfort

Here's a little backstory behind this picture. After Ghiaccio had a nightmare regarding his cruel father, he started to vent his anger and sorrow onto his bedroom wall; this caught the attention of Melone, who was heading to his own bedroom when he heard the commotion. Hopefully snapping him back to reality (as Melone is not adept at physical combat), Melone brings him to his bedroom to patch up his bloodied hand with a first-aid kit. As Ghiaccio was venting his nightmare to him, Melone attempts to cheer him up by saying that his father is only looking out for him, even taking off his pajama top to show him his third-degree burn scars that his aunt had given him to punish him. This ends up making Ghiaccio cry even harder, as he realized his comrade is conditioned to think the abuse is normal. Melone didn't understand what is happening, but he stayed put, even wrapping his arms around him.

I started drawing this a couple days ago ahaha so that’s the only reason why it’s actually completed,,
