How to Return to Yourself Stop performing. Don't overgive. Choose peace over proving. Reclaim the parts you abandoned to be loved. Let it hurt. Feel it fully. Release it. Do your spiritual work. Forgive yourself for surviving in ways you had to. Try not to take anything personally. Zoom out. Remember who you were before they made you doubt it.
