Shadow doesn't like mortals because they assumed he was an evil deity and didn't even bother to get to know him. But when he and Sonic agree to adopt Tails, he grows attached and happy that at least one person doesn't place the title of "evil" on him.

Tails doesn't know his parents are basically Gods. Sonic and Shadow try very hard to hide that from him.

Managed to scribble out some more drawings. Finals are almost over, and then I can draw more!

Doodles for an AU where Tails is adopted by two deities, Shadow (realm of darkness) and Sonic (realm of light).

I'm still workshopping this AU but I will say, their son is mortal and when they take him to be raised in the mortal realm they'll have to figure out how to keep him safe all while learning mortal customs themselves.

Also, Sonic is a little unstable at times, and he doesn't like the mortals (or anyone really) who interferes with "his world."

Tails is like 4-5 years old but was adopted as a baby.

Shadow is fascinated with books. He also prefers to stay at home rather than explore like Sonic does.
