Because @manzoku and I haven’t been to Japan in about 2 years, and in my FB memories, it showed us going to Kasugatei, he thought it was only fitting to make abura soba. Thick, chewy noodles in a strong sauce. Add menma, a seasoned egg, chasiu, tenkasu (spiced up with riplets seasoning for that spice), and then adding minced garlic, rice vinegar, and kewpie mayo for final touches for that strong and tangy flavor that makes for what I absolutely love about abura soba. Also, made in mini size because my appetite is TIIIIINTY.
