Just when you thought you’d seen the last of Le Tigre, and Blue Steel, Hansel and Derek Zoolander ride again. Reports (in the shape of excited Vines and tweets) started pouring in from the Valentino show at Paris Fashion. Ben Stiller andOwen Wilson walked the catwalk as their supermodel alter egos. That’s right, it’s a walk-off. Sound too good to be true? Here’s Stiller strutting his stuff to Human League’s “Don’t You Want Me?”
Just in case you’re wondering what they’re wearing, that’s Derek in a custom Night Butterflies brocade suit with hand-embroidered overcoat and black Creeper shoes and Hansel wears a Silk Continent print Pajama suit with Double Cashmere overcoat and Open sneakers.
The pair left the runway, with Stiller turning left (!!!!) as he went, and dropped their coats just before exiting the room. I suppose that’s the supermodel version of dropping the mic.
This is all just a high-fashion tease for upcoming Zoolander sequel with Penelope Cruz.
