it's crazy how useful brainwashing yourself to get you to do what you want is (lemme cook)
i went from having no disordered eating habits/no motivation to restrict, to eating under 1000/day because i uninstalled all social media and replaced the apps i mindlessly click on to tumblr and ana gcs (so i'm forced to look at skinny ppl and think about my life choices when i get bored instead of scrolling 馃拃)
specifically before i sleep and as soon as i wake up i look at thinspo and fatspo to reinforce the mentality i want
i look at thinspo while doing things that give me dopamine
i try and post regular public updates/make connections to help with accountability
i convinced myself that fried/fast food is disgusting through repetitive exposure to how the foods r made
and i replaced insta (my most used app) with duolingo so i can finally stop putting off learning spanish!! (off topic but still awesome to me)

obviously the bad thoughts of being unlovable and ugly play a big part but this has really helped me make a change, and i'm genuinely so proud of myself for sticking to it even for such a short time so far :)
not to mention that most of the ed community i've seen are so lovely + supportive and i wish the best for you all <33

just went outside!!! about to head to the shower. logged my app and turns out I lost around 380cals from my bike ride :33. I was out for around 1h20m so I'm not too surprised lol. last tike I lost 383 and didn't go as far as I did today so I kinda think that's weird, sucks that I don't have my watch for more accurate of a result, can't find the charger... I've got to we!gh in tomorrow so hoping for good results 馃檹 (even though I haven't been doing well with calorie tracking.......or exercise...) I can do it though, slowly but surely I'll be at my gw before halloweeeennnn!!
anyways I'm gonna start stinking if I stay unshowered any longer 馃槶 .

went crazy after I made brownies last night, had like 5 of them x_x. not to mention the rice I had after. I honestly just feel nasty after all that, I won't say it didn't taste amazing though. I'm such a sweets person but I hate the gain. didn't really do anything yesterday besides eat and play games which is soooo borrrinnggg.
If it isn't raining I'll ride my bike a bit outside for an hour or so, maybe go to that nice park again!!!
I'm starting classes now so I'll end this now, keeping it short <3

so exhausted rn. ran up and down from first to third floor like 7 timess.. totally not filling a bag full of school books to donate later.... anyways I'm leaving in a few minutes soo I'll probably update again when I get home.
yesterday I went to ikea for the first time. x...x it was so cool. took some picturess!! I got food from their little restaurant there, it was super nice! filled my cup with sf coke like 3 times lol. I got salmon with peas and some kind of veggie rice, didn't really eat the rice but the salmon was absolutely delicious. got a frozen yogurt when I was exploring. I got 11k steps just from walking around there for 4 hours xd.








definitely hope I can go back someday soon.

soooo tired. the weather is so nice outside so I'll probably go to the gym, if not, saturday. I might bail though. either way I'd be getting my usual 10k steps in with the walk to home.
glad I brang my sweater today, it's absolutely freezing in class. not really hungry, might get a coffee later </3

walked for a bit on my way home , so hot.. would've died honestly if urgent care wasn't so close to home!! I don't have strep thankfully.
ate sum apple with honey and peanut butter, my go-to snack/food :33 caught up on my shows and had the rest of the apple with honey. for dinner I two of these amazing chicken cheese taco wraps... so good. TmT. and 6 chocolate kisses. watching a few more episodes and heading to bed after a few minutes of stretching!!!

going to the doctor once I leave cause streps being going around and my throats kinda itchy
