Downtown Meridian is my favorite. Many people like me love Meridian, ID, because of the beautiful neighborhoods. Each has a sports vibe and a great personality. Roaring Springs Water Park, which hosts various cultural events throughout the year, is within walking distance. I notice the lack of parking and heavy traffic sometimes, but I love other beautiful things about this place. The place comprises waterfront estates, golf course villas, townhomes, single-family homes, condos, and apartments. Most families consider this location because of so many reasons. Among the reasons include safety, high-quality education, and many fun events to enjoy, so happiness is overload. So no wonder why Meridian is well known.

‘Lifestyle-focused’ co-working and short-term office rental space set for Meridian

Kiln, a “lifestyle-focused” coworking space with locations in Utah and Colorado, will open in the mixed-use development along I-84 and Eagle Rd. Kiln will take over a 50,000 square foot space on the top two floors of the building. CEO Arian Lewis, said Kiln provides “amenity-rich” workspaces that are different from traditional shared office and coworking space. The workspace will have areas for individuals and teams of up to 50 people to work on projects.  Read more here...

I have read from the news that another tenant of Eagle View Landing in Meridian has been announced. Kiln, a "lifestyle-focused" co-working space with locations in Colorado and Utah, will open in the mixed-use development along I-84 and Eagle Road. The Kiln will take over a 50,000 square foot space on the top two floors of the building. According to CEO Arian Lewis, Kiln offers "amenity-rich" workspaces different from traditional shared office and co-working space. The workspace will have places for individuals and teams of up to 50 people to work on projects. Lewis stated what makes Kiln unique is the amenities. Those working in the Meridan location would have access to cycling, massage chair and refresh rooms, treadmill desks, a fitness studio, and food and beverages that are served daily.
