01. How would you describe your style of speech? Are you a fast/slow speaker? Do you stutter often? I’m not really sure about my ‘style.’ I speak fast when excited or angry, but I think I speak at a proper speed any other time; neither too slow or too fast. I rarely ever stutter, but I do sometimes stumble over words and it sounds like someone spilled over garbage or tripped. 02. When was the last time you’ve visited a family member’s house? What was the occasion? Last Sunday. No special occasion. I just wanted to eat dinner at my parents’ house.

03. Have you ever tried to construct a language? How do you feel about fictional languages (such as Dothraki and Klingon)? I tried to make my own written language as a kid, but it didn’t pan out very well. I think fictional languages are cool. It must take a lot of patience to figure out everything that goes into a proper language, and then to also teach actors to actually speak it. 04. Were you born and raised into a certain religion? What was it and have you changed your religion? Nope. I mean, my parents are both Christian, but they never really raised me to be one. I learned about God and Jesus, but I was never made to read the bible and I think I only went to church maybe twice in my lifetime (excluding funerals). Whatever I know about religion now is what I felt like studying myself because I think it’s interesting as mythology. I consider myself Agnostic, leaning toward the theistic side nowadays, and my parents don’t care. 05. How do you usually feel when one of your favourite television or book series end? A bit sad, I guess. It feels like a little weight lifted, and then I can’t stop thinking about the series for a few days. After that feeling goes away, I start feeling bored and like I should find another series to read/watch. 06. What do you like most about your town or neighbourhood? My neighborhood’s pretty quiet and clean, and is also right near so many places that my husband and I regularly shop at. It gets an A- from me. It would have an A+, but some of the people around here are the shitty overly-entitled types. 07. In your opinion, what is an intellectual? Do you consider yourself an intellectual? I don’t really have an opinion. An intellectual is what its described as in the dictionary. I don’t think I’m one... I think I’m smart, sure, but I’m not very scholarly or a genius. 08. How would you describe your fashion sense? Casual and all-black. 09. Are you looking forward to any upcoming events? I’m going to see IT next week, and then in a couple more weeks I’m going to see the Lego Ninjago movie. Other than that, nothing that I can think of. 10. What were your first impressions on your current best or closest friend? It was just a passing thought that she seemed cool, but I didn’t really bother to reach out and be friends until much later. 11. What would you do if you knew a person that you were not fond of or even disliked, but they considered you as a friend? Would you confront them, avoid them, etc?  I’d feel kind of uncomfortable, but... whatever. I wouldn’t ever approach them, and I’d just let them approach me for whatever. I’d also be pretty short with them. 12. What are some things that you do to make you feel relaxed?  Lay down, listen to music, make tea, take a hot shower, pace around to music for a little bit—whatever. 13. How often to do go to concerts? What was your favourite experience so far? Eh, not often. Concerts aren’t really my thing. I’ll only go if it’s an ultimate favorite band. I’d say my favorite experience was back in 2015. I had a costume made of what the band members wore at the time, and my husband and I went out of town to see them. I also got a bunch of merch and a couple vinyl signed, and the band said they liked my costume. 14. What is your newest and/or current passion? I... don’t know. I don’t really have one. It sucks. I kind of miss some of the things I was really passionate about, so I’m trying to get back into things, like writing, certain series, making more personal art projects, etc. 15. What is your favourite smell and does this scent bring back any memories? I have a lot of favorite smells—the ocean, the woods after it rains, coffee, certain teas, cotton candy, bubble gum, baked goods, hot fabric, certain fruits, roasted marshmallows, money—but I don’t really associate them with memories. 16. Do you still have a fear that you had held since childhood? If not, how did you overcome one or more of your childhood fears? The dark. I don’t think I’m as scared as I used to be, but the fear’s still there for sure. 17. What is your favourite type of weather? Hard rain and thunder. 18. Do you watch documentaries? If so, do you have a particular favourite? Not really. I watch them sometimes, but it’s kind of rare. My favorite was one about witches in Mexico. 19. What is the meaning behind your birth-name? Do you think the meaning can relate to you or your personality in some way? From Google: “Feminine form of the Late Latin name Laurus, which meant "laurel". This meaning was favorable, since in ancient Rome the leaves of laurel trees were used to create victors' garlands.” I really don’t know how it relates to me. 20. Is there a particular sentence or line from a book that carries a deep meaning to you? What is that sentence/line and why does it speak to you? Maybe not a deep meaning, but I have a lot that I like and kind of connect to. I usually put a sticky note in a book or highlight it on my Kindle if I like something. I’ll just pick one at random. “Evil is evil. [...] Lesser, greater, middling, it’s all the same. Proportions are negotiated, boundaries blurred. I’m not a pious hermit. if you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? Disney World! There’s so many reasons why—trying all the different foods, seeing Epcot, seeing the Star Wars and Toy Story and Avatar lands, shopping, checking out some of the rides. I mostly want to go because I’ve always liked Disney and I’m both an illustrator and animator. Other places I want to go are like Iceland, Egypt, Bolivia, Japan... and many others. describe your perfect partner. A tall, masked ghoul.

how much makeup do you wear? It depends on my mood. Sometimes I don’t wear any makeup when I go out, and then other times I put on a full face. Sometimes I just wear mascara and maybe a lip gloss. would you prefer to be a vampire or a werewolf? Vampire. Being a werewolf sounds annoying. I already have to be careful with what I wear when I know it’s around time for my period to start. Add on having to be careful around the time of the full moon and deciding which clothes I don’t care for would be an extra pain. Or, like, wondering where it would be safe to go to place my clothes so I can just be naked somewhere to transform. And then worrying about where I’ll end up is another factor. No, vampire it is. Less of a nuisance. most embarrassing moment? I don’t know. weirdest dream you’ve ever had? I have tons! Some I write down before I forget so I can eventually draw or paint them. Let’s see... I remember walking through a forest, and then the trees suddenly started curving inward to make a tunnel or a cave of sorts that was completely pitch black. After walking in, I had fallen down a chute and landed in a massive pit of bones. There was a gate in the wall that led out into a cemetery, and I frantically climbed up and over. The cemetery was almost like a maze and wound itself up a hill, and it was mostly mausoleums and statues. As it started getting darker, I went into a church that looked like it was only one-story. Turns out I had entered onto the second floor. Peaking over the railing I saw what looked like a zombie-ish priest dressed all in white pacing the floors before suddenly ascending the stairs. I tried going out the door I came in through, but it was locked from the outside. I started banging and scratching at the door until my nails started coming off, and then the priest grabbed onto me. Suddenly I was choking up blood while his hands went for my throat, and then I just screamed so loud that it woke me up.  favourite season and why? Winter. I like cold weather best and also there’s less bugs. would you ever consider getting married? I am married. describe your ideal summer vacation. I hate Summer, so I’d prefer just staying home, to be honest. Or maybe traveling somewhere cold. if it were possible, what exotic animal would you keep as a pet? A fruit bat, maybe. least favourite song? I don’t know. I have a lot of songs I don’t like, but picking a least favorite is harder than picking a most favorite. I don’t care. would you ever consider plastic surgery? If I felt bad about a certain part of myself, then sure, but I don’t, so I won’t. what do you consider to be your best physical feature? My hair and my ass. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ do you like piercings and tattoos? why or why not? I like the way they look on other people, but not on myself. I just don’t like having anything permanently on me. I know I’d hate having ink. I hate the ‘holes’ left in my ears from when they were pierced, and the little indent under my lip from when I stupidly tried to pierce my lip in high school. I even hate having moles and would remove all of those if the procedure wasn’t so expensive. I don’t want to say I like having ‘pure’ or ‘clean’ skin because those words really don’t match, but I don’t know how else to describe it. I just appreciate how they look on other people because at least they seem to know what they want on themselves as opposed to me. who is your favourite fictional couple? I don’t really have one... I guess Leslie and Ben from Parks and Rec? They were really cute. if you had to describe your personality as a food, what would you be and why? An entire bottle of chili powder. Spicy. old-fashioned or modern decor? A mix of both, I guess. scariest movie you’ve ever watched? I’m not sure. I guess The Conjuring because it really messed with me for months after, and I mean, like... nearly eight to nine months after. It was ridiculous.  in a fantasy setting, would you be a warrior, rogue, or mage? A mixture of a rogue and mage, like the nightblade class from Elder Scrolls. your favourite pokemon? Mew, Mewtwo, Pikachu, Lugia, Pumpkaboo, and Haunter. what is your least favourite thing about your appearance? Sometimes I don’t like my nose, so I guess that. describe your dream date. Um... Just take me to any of the Disney theme parks. I’d prefer going to Disney World or Disneyland Paris though. gold or silver? Gold. what is a colour that best describes your personality? Gray, all the varying shades. Never purely black or purely white. what is something that you do that makes you happy? Exercise... because, y’know, dopamine and all that. describe where you think you’ll be in five years. Hopefully out of this apartment and living in a house, and also further along and happier with my career. what is your favourite flower? I don’t feel like describing them since there’s so many. do you believe in true love? Yes, kind of. Sure. if you could become fluent in another language, which would you pick and why? I’d pick a dead language. Maybe it’d help scholars, I don’t know. We could find out something interesting together! describe a dream outfit of yours. My husband and I actually have set prices for special occasions, so... like $100 - $120. I ask him what he wants and it’s usually a couple video games. Are there any fictional characters you just can’t stand? Andy from The Office. Every single thing he says and does is annoying. I also can’t stand Negan from TWD, which is weird since I usually like villains or antagonistic characters. Which fictional world would you love to travel to if it were real? The Continent from The Witcher, Tamriel from Elder Scrolls, or Thedas from Dragon Age.

What were your favorite shows as a kid? I had so many, and it also changed pretty often. My favorite show in fifth grade wasn’t my favorite show in first grade, and so on. Some of the ones that seemed to always be favorites were Courage the Cowardly Dog, Rocko’s Modern Life, Powerpuff Girls, and other typical cartoons that were on Nick and CN during the 90s. Did you have a special blanket or stuffed animal as a kid? I don’t recall having a special plushie, but I did have little ‘blankies’ that were really scraps of fabric that I’d take from my grandma. 5 things you associate yourself with: Rabbits, loose-leaf tea, ghosts, snow cones, plush blankets. what makes you heart go mushy? A viral, bacterial, or fungal infection can cause a soft heart... but I’d say receiving nice surprises can make me ‘mushy.’

what’s the title of the song that makes you want to jump around out of joy? There’s a lot. It also depends on the timeframe. Right now I would say it’s these three songs: “Energetic” by Wanna One, “Why Don’t You Know” by Chungha, and “Hola Hola” by K.A.R.D. If you had asked me a couple months ago, it would have been “Babyface” by WJSN. what’s your sleeping playlist (give me 5 songs)? I don’t have one. I usually just put the Rain Rain app on with the crackling fire, alarm clock ticking, and ‘rain rain 3D’ sounds playing at once and each sound at a different volume. If I had to choose five songs, then...
