Do you have any Meripunzel headcanons you can share?

Rapunzel is actually terrible at baking when she leaves the tower because she gets distracted with new things and can’t remember to remove things from the oven.

Their first fight was about Rapunzel being the lost princess, it nearly broke their whole relationship forever as neither Merida nor Rapunzel could justify Merida’s actions in not helping Rapunzel find her parents

When they’re married they cut each others’ hair, it makes both of them feel good about themselves

Merida keeps her hair longer than Rapunzel

Merida teaches Rapunzel how to make flower crowns her first day out. (Rapunzel didn’t need to have it explained necessarily but she’d never done it before and Merida just starts making them on instinct while she’s freaking out about Gothel)

Rapunzel sticks flowers on Merida all the time.

Merida acts annoyed but obviously loves it.

Elinor loves Rapunzel, but is very quiet around her for the first couple of years, not knowing what to say to the traumatized girl nor what Rapunzel thinks of her.

Rapunzel is mildly afraid of Elinor for the first couple of years.

She was never scared of Fergus.

Fergus and Rapunzel drunkenly sing together frequently

when Merida and Rapunzel were reunited, Merida in a rare moment of humility acknowledges that her skillset is pretty limited and she admires/envies Rapunzel’s ability to learn and learn quickly as well as her attentiveness

Rapunzel is surprisingly buff.

Tying your hair underwater is hard and time consuming, but they do it with a smile because they know it’s the only way to ensure clear sight of the other one’s face.

Imagine the queen’s expression when she sees that her daughter is not only embarrassing her entire clan, but she has also cut off her long locks. :o I imagine that it would have been some kind of a statement from Merida to her mother, that no one can control her. PS: This is basically the exact same hairstyle that her little brothers have, except not as poofy upwards.

Also - Wanna play an extremely uneventful drinking game? Watch Brave and take a shot every time you can see Merida’s shoulders while her hair is down (aka: it does not count while she has the bonnet). Have frustration fun! :D
