When you have a female body and don’t exercise (yet are capable), so much of your energy goes to your mind due to the separation between you and your body. Lack of movement is responsible for the overthinking, overprocessing, addictions to social media, overfunctioning, sex without a heart connection, and obsessive shopping and consumption of booze and the like. The female body is a nuclear powerhouse, the portal that nourishes souls from heaven to earth. If that powerful energy you innately possess in your body is not channeled, it will almost always lead to something destructive. -India Ame’ye, Author

“Slow is often overlooked in rushed culture. Its’ oracle is not acknowledged, properly understood, or respected. The slow breath. A slow first kiss. Slowly disrobing in front of a lover. Slow lovemaking. Slow to get up out of a warm bed. Slow stretching. Slow yoga. Slow bathing. Slow and steady. Slowly walking through an airport to catch a flight. Slow decision-making. Slow crockpot cooking. Slow eating. Slow creativity. The pause before we speak. When we give ourselves (our cells) permission to slow down, our whole system is met in a magical place where regeneration and rejuvenation naturally begin to occur without any effort from us.”

what worked for me in the past is outdated. that mindset is outdated. the boundaries are outdated. those habits are outdated. leveling up requires shedding outdated methods and embracing growth. a new mindset, revised boundaries, and upgraded habits accompany each level-up. adaption is key to sustained personal development.
