Why is wicked month marco disliked?

pretty much for her always giving the kids A BUNCHHH of slack and most of the time deliver things without checking it. She cares for the kids even if they are fucked up and just wished they could get some sense snapped into them!

So people sorta just dont talk to her much. i like to think the only few is like.. streber and radford thats pretty much it lol shes lonely

WICKED MONTH MARCO!!! bascially how i imagine him is like..very stressed out. he got gray hairs, hes always on edge bc the two bastards are always getting him so close to getting fired, hes too kind to them even if he wants to step her foot down. she does but she always holds back. Shes more timid to others i think and i feel like skid and pump words do affect him a bunch, like they alked about his markings on his body (like his neck and arms) and now hes super self concious about it! also pump almost burned his boots. that was scary
