Snippet of a Story (Chase Davenport x Reader)

Okay, so, this is probably where I'll be posting small bits of stories before I post them on Wattpad as a full chapter. If you haven't read any of my story before, you don't need to to read this. Have a great time reading!

You were walking the halls of the bionic academy after you had finished teaching with Chase. Everything in your life was perfect. You had a handsome boyfriend, you were a super hero who had saved so many people's lives, and you didn't have to worry about anything, other than if Chase was going to do something stupid and blow himself or a student up.

You smiled lightly as you turned a corner, but your face slowly fell as you looked up.

"Hello, my daughter." Krane said. You felt your body go into panic mode as your heart rate and breathing quickened.

"Krane." You breathed out. You got into a fighting stance and summoned a gray wolf made of lazers. Your bionics had gotten so much better since you last saw him. You would definitely be able to overpower him. You summoned your lazer bo into your hand.

"Leave. Now." You said.

"No. I don't think I will." Krane chuckled darkly. He raised his hand, and you felt your throat close. You couldn't breathe. You fell to your knees, clutching at your throat, choking, suffocating.

Dying.
