Chapter 1

Lucy sits in the library, her pen working furiously to scribble in her journal.  The frustration she’d felt with her mom earlier that morning still ringing in her ears, demanding it be written out, a documentation of the event inked into existence by her account.  

With a sigh, she pauses, tracing the string of the brightly colored bracelet on her wrist,  a ghost of a smile appearing on her lips, the one calm in her otherwise irritated day.  She’d woken up this morning to find that the paper she’d written the night before had been deleted.  What she had thought had been a good analysis of Gettysburg, had led to her own Civil War this morning.

so what i’m gathering from the information of this new timeline of jessica was that her entire life was a mission to fuck with wyatt.  she had to infiltrate his life all the way back in high school in an attempt to keep him away from destroying rittenhouse and being with lucy.

almost as if the entire thing was set into motion from the future, because at the time the timeline switched, they had absolutely no idea that wyatt and lucy had gotten together.  but if it came from the future, they would know that at that point, like was shown in the finale, wyatt and lucy were an unstoppable team, attached at the hip.

so literally the entire point of this new jessica was to make sure that lyatt wasn’t endgame…

and yet she spectacularly failed because future wyatt and lucy still showed up, attached at the hip, ready to kick ass and save the world.

NOW THAT IS ENDGAME FATE.
