I used to be apart of this back in the early 2010s. To me it was a great unsung community of a bunch of weird, isolated kids who just happened to stumble across each other while bored one day. A secret little world on my e-reader, I hid it from my family in fear they would take it away. Sometimes I feel crazy sharing how much it impacted me to others who don’t know. It was such a wild place where I played many roles and knew many other people. I loved it and at one point it was all I wanted to do. Soon life unfolded. I got more freedom and grew apart from that community. But it had a profound effect on me that I look back on from time to time. I am proud of my strange roots :3
