This past summer, Cattle Decapitation embarked on a European trek, during which the band filmed a tour documentary, directed by Paul McGuire / Obscenery Films (https://obsceneryfilms.com/).
Guitarist Josh Elmore comments: “For several years now, fans have been asking the band to release a video chronicle with live performance footage and enhanced or ‘behind the scenes’ documentation. During a recent European run, our friend Paul McGuire of Obscenery Films traveled with the band and captured glimpses of what day-to-day life on the road is like for Cattle Decapitation and spoke with the members as they reflected on years of touring and what their future holds. The result is an entertaining, humorous and informative documentary that shows the band as a live entity and also what goes on during their down time on tour; play-throughs, interviews, concert chaos, Euro-tourism and more. We hope you enjoy it!”
Cattle Decapitation is currently headlining the Metalsucks & Exclaim! Aggressive Tendencies Presents “The North American Extinction Tour Part II: Inhuman Beings”, featuring Revocation, Full Of Hell, and Artificial Brain as support. See below for all dates.

On February 9th, Good Tiger will release their sophomore full-length, We Will All Be Gone, via Blacklight Media/Metal Blade Records. For a preview of the album, the new single, “Blueshift” (which was premiered on BBC’s Radio1 Rock Show yesterday, October 1st!), can be heard now at: youtube.com/watch?v=7LZyrtenRtM
Good Tiger comments: “The response to ‘Devil’ has been amazing and we are excited for people to hear another part of the album. We’ll be playing a whole bunch of new material at all forthcoming shows, we’ve been having a lot of fun playing these songs live.”
To hear the first single, “The Devil Thinks I’m Sinking”, please visit: metalblade.com/goodtiger – where the record can be pre-ordered in the following formats:
–Digipak CD –180g Black Vinyl (EU exclusive – limited to 500 copies) –Flesh Pink Clear Vinyl (EU exclusive – limited to 200 copies) –Opaque Pale Pink Vinyl (USA exclusive – limited to 500 copies)
With music instantly accessed at the touch of a button, it seems that the urge to pigeonhole bands as quickly and neatly as possible has been driven to ever more extremes in recent years. Good Tiger, however, forge their own path. Blending their influences in a manner that defies lazy classification sets them apart from their contemporaries, imbuing everything they do with a distinctive sound and feel, and with We Will All Be Gone, Good Tiger have dramatically built upon their stunning debut, 2015′s A Head Full Of Moonlight. Comprised of guitarists Derya “Dez” Nagle and Joaquin Ardiles, bassist Morgan Sinclair, drummer Alex Rudinger and vocalist Elliot Coleman, Good Tiger has raised the stakes across the board – every track on We Will All Be Gone has a definitive character of its own, and none stay in a single gear, all of them dynamic and textured as they evoke various tones and moods. Tracking at Middle Farm Studios in southwest England, the band also recruited producer Forrester Savell (Karnivool/Dead Letter Circus), and engineer/mixer Adam “Nolly” Getgood (Periphery/Animals As Leaders). “We worked with Nolly on the last album, we had a great working relationship, and wanted to explore that further in a more developed situation,” Dez explains. “Forrester has made some of our favorite albums, and is someone we could trust steering the ship. Having self-produced for so long it can be at times quite difficult to let go, so it was important we found people we could fully entrust to help create the album we wanted to make.”
We Will All Be Gone track-listing: 1. The Devil Thinks I’m Sinking 2. Float On 3. Such a Kind Stranger 4. Blueshift 5. Salt of the Earth 6. Grip Shoes 7. Just Shy 8. Nineteen Grams 9. Cherry Lemon 10. I’ll Finish This Book Later

On August 25th, Finnish cinemascope metallers Crimfall will release their new album, Amain, worldwide via Metal Blade Records! Crimfall has now premiered the first video clip in support of the new album. Please visit youtube.com/watch?v=VcTmunax5OE to see the video for the new single “Until Falls the Rain”!
Crimfall comments: “Before we unleash the third storm that is ‘Amain‘, we present you our very first music video. ‘Until Falls The Rain’ is the crushing conclusion for the album, last simmering truths are laid low, throats bared against the unforgiving fall. It was a long day of drowning under homemade sprinklers, shooing away fire brigades and mopping away thousand lakes of water. In the end we are more than satisfied with the forlorn end result.”
The video was directed by Olli Hakkinen and shot by Max Smeds.
For more previews of Amain, both singles “The Last of Stands” and “Mother Of Unbelievers” can be heard at: metalblade.com/crimfall – where the record can be pre-ordered in the following formats: –limited Digipak CD with exclusive bonus tracks (acoustic and instrumental songs) –180g black vinyl –red/black marbled vinyl (EU exclusive – limited to 300 copies) –skin colored marbled vinyl (EU exclusive – limited to 200 copies) –bluish gray marbled vinyl (USA exclusive – limited to 100 copies) * exclusive bundles with a shirt, plus digital options are also available!
Amain is Crimfall‘s most ambitious album yet, combining familiar elements with fresh inspiration, and wreathed in massive crisp production from Fascination Street Studios. Featuring music that spans from monumental orchestrations to songs whispered over fading pyres, Amain contains layers upon layers of grand melodies woven between jagged shadows. On this new release, Crimfall also continues to sing the stories of wars waged in vain, advocating freedom from religious dogmas and the bloody chains of tradition.
Amain track-listing: 1. Eschaton 2. The Last of Stands 3. Ten Winters Apart – pt1. Far From Any Fate 4. Ten Winters Apart – pt2. Song of Mourn 5. Ten Winters Apart – pt3. Sunder the Seventh Seal 6. Ten Winters Apart – pt4. Dawn Without a Sun 7. Mother of Unbelievers 8. It’s a Long Road 9. Wayward Verities 10. Until Falls the Rain
