Humans who can bring back the dead. They would always need the body or the most valuable item of the dead to be able to communicate and bring them back to life and a drop of blood, either from the necromancer or a spare human blood stock. The undead would always be under the necromancer’s command until given the free will. The necromancer can undo the spell just by erasing the drop of blood from the undead or the item.

𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒

Waking of the Dead - they can summon the dead back to life with a zombie-like form.

Communion - they can communicate with the spirit of the dead.

Awakening - the ritual ability to summon a creature, not bigger than a human. The creature’s appearance is up to the summoner’s imagination. The duration of the ritual ranges between 10 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the condition of the summoner.

𝐖𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒

Mortality - they are not immune to humanely illnesses and plagues, they age. Their body’s stamina is where their mana would be.

Equivalent Exchange - the life of the creature they summon / awaken are subtracted from their life span.

Insanity - the necromancer can get insane whenever they would commune with the spirit when they are at the lowest of their health. The consequence of insanity will lessen if they pay the proper respect to the death they commune with.

They think seung was only able to be a police officer because of the influence of his father. (a retired deputy chief) OOC: Details can be added and discussed furthermore. The police were able to find relative evidence on what the modus operandi of our serial grave digger. The Gyeongwonri Police Department shared that not every grave was dug and only those that are of recent deaths, approximately two weeks to recent. There were also no correlations with one other, some were relatives but mostly were not. As the grave digger seemed to be at large, the police advice for every citizen of Gyeongwonri to be wary of their surroundings and report to the authority if they see anyone acting suspicious.
