i hate when girls feel dumb for trying to see the best in people and then end up hurt or disappointed like no!! it’s those people that were dumb for misleading you. they took advantage of your kindness and generosity, and they’ll rot for it

Lesson learned: Don't give out more energy than you get back. You're reasons are different from theirs but what's important is you remain true to yourself. I'm silly to think that I have made a difference, toxicity is just that and I am in realization that I can't change that. Maybe I was gullible to think that kindness and active listening is what they needed. Damn me and my empathy, its a blessing and a curse. Thank you for being a teachable moment and next time I won't be so giving and open. Don't tell me I'm helping if I'm not, life is too short to be dishonest to those that truly cared.
